The pharmacy employees are a JOKE. The lady hung up on my husband after he called about our 3yr idk prescription. So we went into CVS, the manager immediately defended her. Hire new people.

I have been trying to get my son's medicine for his ADHD for 2 days now. They said it would be ready today. Still it is not. He needed this for his testing this week. Thanks I will be looking for a new pharmacy soon.

the pharmacy employees here are a JOKE. after being on hold for over ten lovely minutes, a lady answered. I simply said “hi yes, I’m checking the status for a prescription “ — this lady had the nerve to say “hahaha everyone is checking the status we ain’t filling prescriptions today”. Listen, I get it, we all have to work. But you’re a joke. I literally called for my 4 year old who I haven’t received his INHALER PUMP for his ASTHMA in 2 DAYS because CVS employees aren’t doing THEIR job correctly. I hope CVS and corporate can manage their stores and employees the right way where there is proper training, phone etiquette & excellent customer service. if you’re child needed a medicine for his asthma and this happened to you, I’m sure you would feel the same way. Anyway, rant over. Never coming back again to this store.

I’d like to give no start to this place. Every time I go to pick up a prescription either don’t have the order placed or something goes wrong with the insurance (both aren’t true bc I’ve called the insurance to very what they say and they never received anything front their end but also they do receive the Prescriptions just they don’t want to work), when me and my family decided to get flue vaccine the pharmacist looked at us like if we were going to do something wrong and just said they don’t have it in there. They just have the worst customer service ever. Don’t use this pharmacy as your preferred one

This place is a joke they text you saying prescription is ready but it never is. They make you wait a whole hour in line if not they tell you to come back the next day

cvs drive through i had to sit in my car for 40 minutes , service is very slow probably change to Walgreen
