My sister and I were looking for insurance for her new vehicle yesterday and decided to checkout Direct for a quote! Had an issue with my policy and needed it to be resolved immediately. First agent that was out of the Deerfield said I needed to drive back to the Tallahassee to resolve. Hung up and said let me try again. Got ahold to an angel by the name of Shirley in the West Palm office and promised she would help resolve my issue. Not only did she resolved my issue, she followed up with me via email to show me that it was completed and taken care of. Customer service is the key. Thanks for being so professional and courteous.

I was involved in a car accident back in March I notified my car insurance (Direct Auto Insurance) I received letters from them but every time I called them it goes to voice mail leaves messages BUT NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!!I was hurt in they accident my car badly damage I am extremely furious I AM 76 years old a widow and live with my cat ,that is they only one I have left in my life And I absolutely frosted from they ignorance on they part
