Store suppose to close at 10pm, it’s the last 10 or 20 minutes and doors are already locked it’s ridiculous. I’ve lived in the area for the past 14 years and dollar general has always been my go to spot but obviously this is an inconvenience

I went in to this dollar general yesterday 2/4 to purchase 3 things. Got up to the counter and everything went to crap. My put my bank card in and was waiting for my receipt when I was informed my card didn’t go through, so in my card goes again, still no receipt. I was informed it didn’t go through check my bank showing I have 3 charges I.$35.52 2. $1.05 and 3. $2.10. Of course I got heated because I received no proof it wasn’t taking off my account. Tried to take my stuff was threaten with police. Wake up this morning all 3 charges still on my account. I will never shop at dollar general again. You need to hire competent people, who know your register system!

Some staff has an attitude. Store sometimes tight and hard to navigate with AISLES BLOCKED 50% of the time with dollys. Some items more expensive than walmart so choose carefully. Recently purchased some items there they have BAIT and SWITCH prices. Price on shelf is low but when cashing prices are a lot higher. I bought a brown sugar listed @ $2.25 charged $3.00, paper towel @ $2.00 charged $3.00. Unfortunately i didnt realize this till i got home. Only 1 employee there today in store, couldnt be found for 10 minutes and long lines so i was rushing to cash my items AND DID NOT LOOK AT BILL. Please check your bill VERY DISHONEST STORE PRACTICES!

I bought a brown sugar listed @ $2.25 charged $3.00, paper towel @ $2.00 charged $3.00. Unfortunately i didnt realize this till i got home. Only 1 employee there today in store, couldnt be found for 10 minutes and long lines so i was rushing to cash my items AND DID NOT LOOK AT BILL. Please check your bill VERY DISHONEST STORE PRACTICES!

Manager discriminates against people with medical conditions. Very poor service and Dollar general should be ashamed they have people that are disrespectful and are so condescending to people with medical exemptions . They should also really educated their employees on the American with disabilities act and they should really do a mystery shop at this location and see how they really treat their customers . Absolutely horrible to say the least . They should be respecting people rights and the constitution of this great country . Will never be back .

This store Manager is very rude unprofessional and unethical I asked her how much the total was and she’s son unprofessional that it cost her a lot to tell me again instead she told me in on the screen sir!!!!!

not sure which cashier this is or their name, they have brown hair fading into an ombre blonde. he was ON his phone talking to his friend through his airpods while assisting me in the cash register the whole time. GET off your phone and give good customer service its not that hard.
