I am in there just about every day I am a hot wheel collector and now it seems like the employees are opening the boxes and taking out all the good cars because the boxes hit the shelves as a collector I don’t buy online cause people that do this just do to resell online and hurt the collector like me. Just find it unfair and disgusting that employees would do that

For the store to be brand new its crazy cause it's messy inside every time I go and as soon as u walk in the door they have a huge camera to zoom in on your face right when u walk in then the two bald head managers are weird not friendly they don't smile or talk they stare at you like u gonna steal something in workers are not friendly at all they act like they don't wanna work and most of the time its always 1 cashier with very long lines

For this to be one of the newest stores to open in Palm Beach County, it looks just as bad as the older ones. This store is a hazard and someone is going to get hurt trying to shop there. Carts of boxes down every aisle and items just thrown everywhere. Someone needs to make the decision to shut down for a few days and stock and clean this store up properly.

There is a lady there That is an employee of the store always on her cellular device never paying attention and not very pleasant. When you are in a place of business there should be some type of professionalism. No matter what type of business it is individuals should not be on their cellular devices while working Again I went into the store same individual on her cellular device conversating with other employees and not paying attention to what she was doing she overcharged me for more items than I had purchased and when I corrected her she slammed the money on the counter at me all because she was not paying attention to what she was doing Very rude

This store isn't even a year old and it is disaster!! Complete mess boxes everywhere litter and homeless in parking lot it's pretty pathetic for this plaza.

They're in desperate need of hiring help. The store shelves are empty with piles of boxes stacked up around the perimeter of the isles just waiting to be unpacked/stocked. Only one person on a register, long check out line. They don't have as large a freezer case as some other Dollar Trees. 1/2024 Hiring!! Stacks of inventory on skids waiting to be unloaded! Need a job??

The store manager STOPPED cashing out customers to allow an employee to SKIP the line, it’s a Saturday & the lines are EXTREMELY LONG. The manager was soooo disrespectful in front of at least 30 customers that were all looking in disbelief. The employee had the audacity to go & get another item after she had SKIPPED a line full of customers. There are tons of Dollar Trees in the West Palm Beach área. If you can SKIP this one. The store is amazing! They have a lot of cool stuff and everything is so organized so far. The cashier cashing me out had a nasty attitude. But other than that nice store.
