Only 4 star cause their tailor is expensive and not a good female shoes selection and size start at 6 but mens both shoes and clothes have taste i recomend it. But doonot recomend the tailor cause is very expensive and dont iron the tailord piece

If I could give a zero star i would. Went to this store for an exchange for a gift. Teller refunded gift to original buyer after presented with receipt. No help or empathy provided. Asked for assistance from Manager Jeff and still no help or assistance. Was told no item was similar to item teller force returned and i found the item. Teller wasn’t aware of products store host or how to clearly do an exchange. I asked to reverse the transaction and they refused. She stated it was nothing she could do or Manager Jeff. Horrible experience, left without item i came with( my gift), left without a gift card, or credit. No remorse and definitely no holiday spirit.

I went to the store to do an exchange. What was supposed to be a simple transaction turn really bad. The cashier told me they couldn’t do a reverse transaction. Because a mistake was done. All I wanted was to exchange the size.

I visited the store recently, on two occasions, where I received the best customer service, fast, efficient and very friendly. They also solve any difficulty or doubt quickly and professionally. I congratulate you. Products with good quality and diversity. Affordable prices and interesting discounts. I recommend it.

I worked here from 2014 ( grand opening) to November of 2020 ( customer lied on me) but any who the store manager at the time was Ashley Alderman ( FACEBOOK NAME) and everyone believed that she was racist every single black person who worked there when she came she picked on them and sometimes even cut their hours so they would quit on their own it was so bad we went from 20 people to like 10-12 everyone was quitting due to poor management every time Ashley worked she would sit in the manager's office and play on her phone I caught her one morning playing a game on her phone I was shocked cause if it were someone else they would get written up, the district manager ROBERT SITES ( gay man) never cared about our complaints because he and Ashley were friends so he did not give a damn about us associates which were sad because I told him that I was getting depressed and he looked me smiled and said " we just sell shoes" that was the icing on the cake for me I did not care anymore everyone who worked there did their dirty deeds I'm not going to snitch but I'm glad that a lot of them did it cause Ashley was cutting hours.

I went in today to grab a pair of shoes and upon checkout Michael used a customer coupon to save me some money! I didn’t ask or anything he just took it upon himself to make my experience better! Great job to him - and his supervisors for training him well!
