In addition to the fruit arrangement, I ordered 3 Mylar birthday balloons and a personalized birthday card. My sister received ONLY the fruit arrangement- at 8pm, well after the store closed. Earlier calls to the store went to the automated phone system. Only after I went online to cancel the order and be issued a refund did the automated system indicate the order was en route to its destination- at 6pm. What a coincidence.At 7pm, I was notified that an Uber delivery driver had the order (an hour after the system indicated the order was in its way). The incomplete order was finally delivered at 8pm.I want a refund. I do not want birthday balloons or a card delivered to her tomorrow or Monday or any other day. The special occasion has passed. I may reside out of state, but I do follow up with recipients to ensure they receive what I paid for.

Horrible experience with the West Palm Beach store. Arrangement was never sent on the delivery date. Called numerous times, no answer. Left several VM messages along with online messages, no response. Two days later someone actually answered, arrangement was finally sent, not even certain it was the correct arrangement, totally rude and unprofessional customer service - this store is an embarrassment to the Edible Arrangement name and should be shut down. Do not use this store!

It was horrible, first they did not have what I ordered. Secondly they delivered it late and don't even try to call them. You will neve get anybody. Do not order balloons they will send Valentine's Day ones for any occasion. Never again spend money in other way.

Placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on 2/24, that didn’t happen. When you call the store, it just looks through a recording. No one ever answers and non one returns the voicemails. Incredibly disappointed!

Worst edible place ever idk what type of business is being ran here but it’s not edible arrangements they didn’t fulfill several people services on Valentine’s Day the manager was no where to be found my boyfriend placed an order on feb 11th to be delivered on Valentine’s Day I ended up having to go up to the location to be told the order was never made yes the employees there were very sincere and kind they accommodated with me by making the order but the boss or the manager of the establishment should of been there doing that not the employees if I never went up there I would of never got my order then they redelivered the items on the the 17th why would you guys think it’s ok to deliver items 4 days later after the date it was supposed to be delivered on that’s just no care at all ! Will never use this location nor refer people the manager needs to be fired

I've been using Edible Arrangements for years. This is the first time having to use this location and it was absolutely ridiculous. I placed an order last week to make sure it would be delivered in time on Valentine's Day for family. Never arrived. I called a million times and got no one. I finally received an email that they could deliver next day or following. I picked an option. Guess what? STILL NO ORDER!!! Since I am getting nowhere and clearly my order isn't, I now have to go there and demand my refund. It is very disappointing and I don't recommend using this location EVER if you want your arrangement to actually arrive. ZERO STARS!!!

This place straight sucks, placed an order for delivery and it never got delivered on the desired date. When checking the tracking all it says is “store received order”. On top of that it is near impossible to get through to their customer service. I was sent an email to respond about a delay and never heard back since. The actual number for the store is useless since no one answer other than the automated system.

Wish I could give a 0. Ordered Valentine bundle for my wife to be delivered on Feb. 13 at a cost of over $300 and was delivered less than 20% of what I ordered without the card. Sent an email to corporate and left several voice messages with this location and no reply. Completely dissatisfied. They actions are paramount to fraud.

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered. I am not sure why the online order system routed me to Okeechobee but it has been 3 days and I still have not received my order. They do not answer the phone and corporate numbers are no better they do the same thing. This is unacceptable. I will NEVER order from them again. I have left a message and called over 20 times and only got one person who said my order would be delivered and it has not. No stars, this isn't very pleasant.

They are horrible !!!! I ordered a gift for my 80 years old father for this Valentine’s Day and they charged me 14.99 to delivery and around 9pm still was not delivered and my father went to sleep without anything! They are so disrespectful!!!! This is the second time they messed up my order ! The same store !

If you want your order actually fulfilled they will disappoint you. Never even assembled let alone delivered on time. Impossible to reach a human being over the phone to get refund. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

Highly upset and would NOT recommend this location. My husband made an order 02/02/2024 to be delivered on 02/14/2024. Arrangement was never delivered!! My husband and I called the location several times, left voicemails and emails. No response!!! All of the reviews are true. This location is unprofessional and ruined a special occasion!!

Order my wife a gift on 2/8 for a 2/14 delivery not only did it not come but I was put on a loop when I called for hour,I had to cancel my order and only got it done after sitting on the customer care line for 30 minutes they will never get my hard earned money
