This clinic has the worst customer service available ad it starts with the woman at the front desk . She is rude and abrasive and aggressive.. Also I discovered that they charged for procedures that were not done but collected fees on. When confronted they claimed that they were done. however, could not [provide the test results when asked . Ergo they were charged for but not done. Still awaiting a call back. I left messages for the "Manager" to return my call but they haven't

Poor poor poor customer service and overselling unnecessary tests and procedures. Quite frankly i don't feel that they are qualified professionally. When asked to provide information no one will help . When asked to explain bills. no one will answer. I was charged for procedures not performed . I know this because I asked for test reports and none could be provided . I suggest you find better pet care for your animals

Dr. Xavier G. and Nestor and all the rest of the team, thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving Chloe (dog). Your heart is big and beautiful and so is your integrity and love for all beings. There is no better doctor then one that care. Chloe and me are very grateful to have found you! See you next visit. Many thanks!

Generously helped coach me through finding a solution for a sweet dog I found roaming the street on a 100+ degree day. They came right out to my car to try to chip read him and gave him a once over, gave me an approximate age, general health approval. The vet couldn’t have been nicer. They made recommendations in terms of what options I had for trying to find him a loving home. Which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately no chip was found. He’s currently at Peggy Adams up for adoption- I couldn’t keep him but he was the sweetest dog, knew all his commands. I hope someone gives him a forever home soon.

Dr. Brozman is awesome and has helped my Angel so much! Thanks to her, we were able to keep him off pharma medicine using holistic natural medicine (though she does offer both which is helpful) and adjusting his diet per her recommendations. She's extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring, taking time with each client to fully answer questions and explore options together. The staff has been very kind as well. Thank you!! ??

I just met Dr Brozman and so far I like her , because she has holistic training and believe that is best for my kitties. She's no-nonsense and tells it like it is. I think she's kind, caring, intelligent and highly knowledgeable. Glad I found, Dr. Ricki Brozman. In my opinion, she's a light worker!

horrible experience. i found dr. hall to be rude and not a bit compassionate. the place is dirty and overpriced. i found that they were always more interested in selling extra services and unnecessary tests. being seasonal i only went there when necessary but each experience was the same.

I honestly am upset with this place. The service here has went to you know where. I literally called twice last week and once this week and every single time it has went to their voicemail stating that they are currently assisting another customer and then I immediately get a text message asking if there’s something they can help with, rather than calling the customer back. I will take my business somewhere else.

Save your pet stay away from this place I asked Dr. Garcia to call me several times every did extensive bloodwork and extensive examination said my dog was OK to go through with his neutering. He did it. He gave him some weird vaccine. OK that's a B he returns my call at 8 o'clock at night which is inappropriate. He did it through voicemail so of course he said I called you back you didn't you did it through voicemail everyone can play games all day long like that cause I won't ever miss a call.Keep your dogs safe and stay away from them. If they have a problem with this bad review, they could ask me again and again and again, yeah called me and you return my call via voicemail.Which, of course wouldn't ring, but I have that all on tape everything's like that they're there you go. You should see what I have. It's disgusting. He shouldn't even have a doctors license.

The Good-Friendly StaffPleasant appointment setterVery clean Loby and Exam RoomThe Bad-They “push” dental cleanings. I made an appointment for a specific situation (ear infection) and that seemed to be the least on their mind. Both the Tech and the Vet, upon walking into the room, immediately started discussing a full dental cleaning with me. At first it seemed okay-they appeared genuinely concerned for my pets health. But after the 5th time mentioning it-I started looking around the exam room and noticed 3 (not 1 not 2 but THREE) posters all about dental cleanings. It seems like a bait and switch, or dare I say, a scam; to get you in to one of their extremely overpriced dental cleanings. While all other vets (I have had dental cleanings for dogs before and I called 15 other local vets) were $700 without teeth pulling-this vet was $1,300! Their reasoning-“Because our doctor is the best at this”.I felt very pressured and pushed for a dental cleaning-I felt that my main concern, the current ear infection, was pushed to the side in order to try and grab this enormous fee from me to support their clinics monthly bills.Lastly, I’d like to address the vet herself. While she had decent bedside manners, besides over pushing the dental cleaning, she coughed, a lot; and without covering her mouth. I am not one of those leftist mask wearing covid is the apocalypse persons-but I do believe in common courtesy, I also believe in following what you preach. They have signs about covid in their lobby-yet their vet coughed over a dozen times-straight into the air I was breathing-and stated “I have allergies”. I found this to be rude and quite disgusting. Covid or not, be polite and cover your mouth when you cough! She is old enough she should have manners.

Great vet, they truly care about all their pets and will do their best to fit you in if it's urgent.

They show no compassion and leave you emotional in the waiting room, don't pay attention to detail to order be correct memorial, and don't have the professionalism to call back to admit to their mistake. This was a great practice at one time, but has since had a steady decline.

This was the best vet experience I could’ve ever asked for. Everyone was so sweet, empathetic, and compassionate. They took care of my two little kittys so well.
