Avoid this place at all costs! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had — it felt like a complete scam. I received a gift card with an address in Okeechobee, but when I arrived, the location was CLOSED. A passerby mentioned they might have another location called “Nails by Cindy” on Jog Road, so I drove there — and that one was CLOSED too. The gift certificate clearly stated they were OPEN. I traveled all the way from Homestead just to use it. If this is how they handle customers without any communication, I can only imagine how poor the service would be in person.

Elite nails has been my to go to nail salon for over 10 years. Highly recommended all the nail tech are amazing. Special shout out to Helen who never fails me!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now. I originally planned to see Suave, but he was busy and sent me to Helen - and I’m so glad he did! I was hesitant at first, but Helen exceeded all my expectations. She’s incredibly kind, patient and consistently does an amazing work. Truly the BEST!

Worse service had an appointment for a service & waited 40 mins to he seen after our appointment time. The nail tech didnt apologize for the lateness either. First & last time at this nail salon & would not recommend anyone. We stayed only because we were pressed for time to go elsewhere. Unprofessional & poor customer service, it must go with the territory.

My experience yesterday was terrible. The nail tech pretty much used an electric file on my fingers! She was very rough, I added a photo of the most visible mark but majority of my fingers are very sore and at one point they were bleeding. I’ve never had this issue and I’m not sure if the girl was new but never again. She also cut my nails different lengths. She sits in the second row by the window. I would not recommend her services.

I had a horrible experience here suave the owner is very rude and doesn’t have good customer service skills, neiydi did my nails and within a week 4 nails were broken! I’m upset that she soaked my natural nails way to long and they became very thin, she didn’t make the dip powder last long at all and was very brittle uneven and the shaping of my almond nails are all crooked, Anna had to fix my nail as well as suave and they both did a horrible job shaping almond nails when I told her how I wanted them she gave me an attitude as well as neyidi when I came back to fix my nails, I will never be returning here because the shop looks unorganized for one and none of the nail techs know how to properly shape nails, that I’ve experienced, if you like mediocre work come here because it is definitely not elite.

I got a soak off & a new set with black ombré.
The girl who did my nails hooked it up. Had so much patience with it and took her time and only paid $65 before her tip out. I live 2.5 hours away from here and I’ll definitely make the drive to just come back.

Hidden gem! Nail techs are absolutely amazing, very gifted and skilled. Been going here for 4 years and wouldn’t trade it for the world. The owner Suave is super funny and welcoming. Highly recommend
