We were very happy with our experience with Enterprise Car Sales and our sales consultant Mark Sullivan. We took our son there to purchase his first new car. We found the kind of car that he wanted, which was in excellent condition and a good price. There was a small chip in the windshield, so they set us up with a glass repair company to come do the job at our house for no extra charge. After the windshield was replaced the A/C started making a high pitched noise later that same day. We were still within the time frame to return the car, so I called and spoke to Mark. He said it sounded like maybe something was caught in the fan (probably while the windshield was being replaced). He set us up for the next day with a local mechanic to look at the A/C, again for no charge. A few hours later the noise had stopped (I guess whatever got stuck had worked its way out), so I called Mark and told him we would probably cancel the appointment at the mechanic. He insisted that we take it just to be sure because they wanted us to be completely satisfied with our purchase. The mechanic confirmed that the A/C had nothing wrong with it, and it has been working fine ever since. We highly recommend this dealership and will go there again when our younger son buys his first car.

My sales consultant PETER DUGGAN was a pleasure to work with...he was very knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to make my purchase easy and assure my satisfaction! Overall it was a great reception Lamark tge sales consultant was friendly and great at solving problem's. There were a couple of things wrong with the car that were requested to be resolved. Lamark arranged this however the windscreen has not been fixed. We are also waiting for a replacement sunglasses holder which runs open and can’t be used. The windscreen a guy came to fix but the problem was not the windscreen but the cowling at the base of the wind screen. We are waiting many many weeks now for both to be repaired. Additionally the number plate which the car showroom have said they will arrange but we are still running on temporary plates.

Over thanksgiving I had an agreed upon price for my trade and spent $2,256 to have a vehicle shipped in. It took nearly two weeks for the vehicle to be shipped in, while in the meantime I became ill. Finally able to make it to the dealership a different finance manager was working. The previous finance manager with the agreed upon purchase of my vehicle was out and entered a number $1,500 less than originally agreed on (which both sales persons alerted said finance manager of the error). I have texts and emails along with screenshots of dealer communications regarding this agreed upon number. After waiting an hour in the office alone the finance manager then dropped the price an additional $1,552 for my vehicle and said it's because my vehicle declined in value "over two weeks." I was offered nothing more than a refund on the shipping cost of the car I had shipped in from CA to purchase (because she knew how badly she messed up), and even agreed to take the magical 3k less for my vehicle if they agreed to still waive shipping. I was declined and told they'd send the Tahoe I had shipped to auction (guess that shows it's true value anyway). Meanwhile, all communications up until the moment I walked in sales and everyone was on the same page. Not only did the finance manager on duty lower the price by the first $1,500 she lowered it again by an additional $1,500 and was unwilling to make the deal which I would've agreed on if she waived the shipping fee of the Tahoe which they're out now regardless of who purchases it. Will be reaching out to regional, as well as making consumer complaints, and potentially pursue the matter further as the whole ordeal has cost me significant loss due to their lack of professionalism or courtesy. Beware, they act very professional and courteous until the classic bait and switch comes along. Go to a real dealership that honors their word. Salesmen were great- very unfortunate as to what their finance manager did to a customer and sales agents who spent weeks dealing with this all while I declined offers elsewhere because I made the mistake of trusting them.

Enterprise car sales Chad and Rita made me feel like a valued Customer honesty,respect and exceptional customer service are the best words that describe my recent experience with them. They made buying my first Chevy suburban painless & exciting With No surprises of hidden fees … they take the time to explain everything and it is up to you if will like to add extended warranty. I have a small issue with the car but Chad and Rita are very professional and worked together to resolve the issue and they have a large selection of cars with no haggle pricing!! Hats off to my salesman Chad who I felt did an outstanding job! He was very polite and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. Very impressed with this dealership! Consider me a customer for life!

My experience with enterprise has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share the frustration and regret that now define my first foray into vehicle financing. From the beginning, they employed every tactic to reel me into purchasing a vehicle, painting a picture of reliability and quality service. Little did I know that I was being led into a situation that would leave me questioning the integrity of this establishment.After just two months of ownership, the harsh reality set in the car I had invested in lacked the proper maintenance before being handed over to me. This revelation is not just disappointing; it's infuriating. Enterprise was quick to secure a sale but negligent in ensuring the basic upkeep of the vehicle. This deceptive practice leaves customers like me dealing with unforeseen maintenance costs and a deep sense of betrayal.Adding insult to injury, when I attempted to address these issues with one of the managers, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a complete lack of accountability. Instead of rectifying the situation, the manager seemed more interested in sharing irrelevant personal stories of his vehicles , leaving me with the impression that my concerns were being trivialized.As a first-time finance customer, I expected transparency, professionalism, and a reliable vehicle. Instead, I find myself entangled in a web of deceit and neglect. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly caution against considering enterprise for any automotive transactions. This experience has not only soured my perception of this company but has also made me question the ethics and responsibility of those behind the scenes. Beware, for what initially appears as a promising deal might turn into a costly and regrettable mistake.

EDIT: I WAS INFORMED YESTERDAY THAT THE MOTOR NEEDS TO BE REBUILT. IN A 2019 CAR!Would not recommend buying a car from here. Purchased a vehicle 2 weeks ago & put a large down payment. Here we are 2 weeks later & I am stuck with a $2,400 repair. Not only that, but I am also having to pay for a rental car since I don't have any other transportation. The employees are not being helpful at all & manager Matt said it was my problem since I don't have an extended warranty. Stay away from here unless you're in the market for a luxury lemon.

This was the mosy pleasureable and efficient car buying experience i have ever had. I have purchased 10 vehicles in last 7 years and never had such an easy nohaggle experience. What they said they coukd do they did. The price was the price and never changed.Will be buying my my next vehicle there. Chad and Rita were great.

Sales associate was awesome and professional can’t say the same about the two managers who low balled me on my trades. We agreed on financing terms then they changed them and blamed it on an error. Never been so disappointed
