I recently visited and was assisted by Priscilla. She provided exceptional service, offering thorough information and transparency since the beginning. When I expressed concerns about the room's location, she even took the time to show me to the building to ensure it met my needs. Her knowledge, understanding, and dedication to finding the perfect fit were truly impressive.

Beware of this companies shady and unethical practices. When you are good tenant who vacates your space at the conclusion of a your lease, get ready for #esuites runaround. It’s currently been months and they have yet to return our security deposit, they refuse to give a conclusive answer and they blame “accounting” but refuse to provide any means of communicating directly with “accounting “. This absolutely deplorable business practice and it definitely doesn’t seem lawful. Don’t EVER this company.

Had a wonderful experience renting out an office here for a few hours. Staff was extremely friendly, fast, & helpful. Alexandria is great! The offfice spaces are very clean and well kept. Definitely recommend 5/5 !!!

Deceptive business practices BEWARE: Met with office manager Jesseny today (see biz card attached) to tour facilities for something I have coming up in about 45 to 60 days. During the tour, I told J I could book online. She replied it's better to book through her so I could get a "discount" on the whole day pricing. I took screenshots of the website pricing before my arrival--see attached here. Later that day, J sent me the "discounted" pricing which turned out to be >25% MORE than the website pricing for the whole day--see screenshot of this email attached here. Be careful when booking so you don't fall prey to this sort of deceptive practice. I'm disappointed. Until receiving her email, I decided the place was perfect for my needs. Too bad.

The suite itself and all of the offices inside are well kept and well decorated. The sizes and options of the offices available can accommodate businesses of all types and sizes. Keyfobs make entering and exiting easy and secures the office as well. The staff is amazing and environment is overall great!
