5 stars. Thanks to Wade and Kim and the team for a great experience. Communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. And I’m not even a regular; I was in town when I had problem with the car and they fixed it. I live 15 hours away but wish I had a shop like this near me.

My car started overheating and had it towed to Braman BMW - they knew I was from out of town and was just passing through. They quoted me $7,082.00 with a $339.85 diagnostic fee stating that my cylinder head coolant hose is broken. They stated that due to the age of my vehicle (2015) and labor involved and needing to replace turbocharger coolant lines that this price was justified. I was beside myself with that news. So happy that I found this place, less than a mile away from BMW - these guys diagnosed me, fixed me and sent me on my way for around $650.00. Shouldn't need to explain further!!

The team and service at Eurotech are outstanding. They deliver high quality and reliable service. Last month, the did an annual service and oil change on my 2014 E-350. All went well and then a few weeks later, I received a "check brake pad" notice on the dash. They were surprised to hear about it and spent 1 hour re-checking the brake pads and the sensors, explaining the situation to me several times. In the end, other than an adjustment to a sensor, nothing was wrong and they declined to charge for the time. Kim at the front desk is simply terrific and the service team was great. Highly recommended.

Kim and Wade are professionals and masters of their craft you won't find anywhere else. I have not gotten honest, straight forward, and fairly priced service like here even in other business. Also the customer service to back it up. 11/10.
