I’ve been coming to Eurotech for almost a decade, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust my vehicles with anyone else. Kim and Wade are truly incredible, knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to go the extra mile. They treat you like family, explain everything clearly, and never try to oversell or upcharge.
Whether it’s routine maintenance or a last-minute issue, they’re quick, reliable, and consistently deliver top-quality work. It’s rare to find mechanics who care this much, and I’m grateful to have found them. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, expert team, Kim and Wade are the best in the business. Highly recommend!

Took my MB SL 550 into Eurotech to repair an issue with the retractable roof. The quality of work was excellent and service rates reasonable. Kim and Wade were highly professional, very knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Eurotech and intend to take my car back to Eurotech for any future auto repairs.

Wade, the mechanic, was a true professional—respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. He clearly knows his craft and was patient while walking me through the issue with my vehicle. Unfortunately, my overall experience at this shop was completely derailed by Kim (not Ken), the older gentleman who manages the front desk.
I had just purchased a used vehicle and brought in a part I was given and told was needed by the previous owner. I explained this to Kim and provided my VIN. He told me to leave the part with them and return the next day at 1 PM so they could at it and since I would be waiting on the service. There was also a small discussion about how the steering wheel should align, as I thought mine was put on crooked by the previous owner’s mechanic.
When they eventually got to my vehicle, Wade discovered the part was incorrect for my model’s features. No problem—these things happen. What was unexpected was Kim’s response when I asked if there would be a charge (or what KIND of charge) for the visit as I was preparing to order the new part through him. He snapped that I had “wasted his time”—which was surprising given that he appeared to spend most that time watching YouTube comedy videos in the air-conditioned office while I was completing work on my laptop in the lobby. He also told me this is why they “don’t allow customers to bring their own parts,” despite the fact that he took mine without objection the day before.
Then, without any further explanation, Kim told me I wouldn’t be charged—but that I should never come back to this location again. I was stunned. I had been polite, clear, and upfront throughout the entire process. I even offered to tip the mechanic for his time, but Wade declined and also apologized for any misunderstanding between Kim and myself.
This business just lost any future work from me or my company, and solely because of Kim’s unprofessionalism and erratic behavior. I don’t know if he had an issue with me personally, or took offense because I’m a veteran (which he brought up due to my license plate). Either way, his conduct was completely uncalled for.

Found Eurotech after having a not so great experience with another company. Second time in first was Full Synthetic service, Trany and rear differential. Just got my Metris van back after all new brakes, All new Rotors, Pads and replacement of of one bad caliper... Brakes are working better then ever... Thanks again excellent service! And communication from Kim through out. Tom

5 stars. Thanks to Wade and Kim and the team for a great experience. Communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. And I’m not even a regular; I was in town when I had problem with the car and they fixed it. I live 15 hours away but wish I had a shop like this near me.
