Beware of EXCEL PALM BEACH due to court confidentiality I cant go into details , One thing I can say is they charge $74 to put air in your tires, If you happen to fall into their web make sure you get a pre repair estimate ask for return of all replaced parts , check your bill before you pay, go over EVERYTHING that you where charged for.

Excel Palm Beach did an amazing job repairing my RV. I needed a new roof and they got the job done in a good amount of time and did a great job. I own a bus transport company and Excel Palm Beach have repaired numerous amounts of my buses. They have helped me with A/C repair, transmission problems, and even body work. Don't trust them. They billed my insurance company a small fortune less than 2 years ago and the new roof on my travel trailer they put it on using the wrong sealant and it is cracked leaking and has caused more damage. Melissa says the new shop is trying to get the most they can and I should bring it back to Excel (not going to happen). This place makes promise after promise and underdelivers on all of them. I am now having the roof repaired done at a reputable shop. They refuse to take any responsibility and are blaming everyone except themselves.

Unfortunately RV repair options are limited, and I had concerns given all the horror stories you read online. This repair did not meet my very basic expectations. I used Excel to repair damage done to one of the exterior storage bins. Every time estimate they gave was inaccurate, and the only way I could reach them was to show up. They use an answering service on their phone and never return messages. I was told my estimate would be ready, I show up only for the manager to say it isn't ready and to scribble a general estimate on the back of a scrap piece of paper. We got the call the repair was finished on a Monday, and showed up that Wednesday to pick it up only for it to not be done. My husband picked it up later in the week only for us to discover they never replaced the decal, the trim on the bottom wasn't caulked, the paint job has dried drip marks left on it, and there is jagged metal sticking out of the inside of the compartment. I have left messages requesting a call back to discuss the repairs which have gone unanswered. This is what multiple weeks and thousands of dollars gets you...

I had Excel do some insurance repairs on my travel trailer, I had a cracked front cap and needed a new roof. The repairs took for ever and the excuses were endless and they always blamed someone else. Now less than 2 years later I have my trailer somewhere else and I am told they did a terrible job. They used silicone on the roof which should never be used. I now have to have my roof peeled back stretched and resealed plus water damage from the leak. I would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy I'm surprised they are still in business.
