Today was my move in day and I went to my unit and realized it wasn’t going to work and needed a bigger unit, so I went inside and spoke to Raquel and Brittany and they were kind and help me and made sure it wasn’t an issue to move units. The process was easy and simple and didn’t take more than 10 minutes to change units. Thank you again Raquel and Brittany for your help! ?

You guys tell me to call you to discuss further, but when I asked to file a complaint, your wonderful manager would not allow me to. And right after that, you restricted my access to the facility to only business hours, affecting my work schedule. You know what that’s called? Retaliation. All because I told her she has a bad attitude. Not to mention lying- she says this is her facility, making herself out to be the owner. She yelled at me for saying I pay a lot of money for a half empty lot with no security, saying there’s only a few empty spots. There’s almost 30 empty spots. I’ll hold my breath for my prorated refund.
