Extra storage space is so good that I had to write a review! If you like elite customer service, the most fair and competitive pricing, and the best all around experience this town has to offer when it comes to storage space, than by golly this is the place for you!! I cannot say enough good things about extra storage space. The way they have taken care of my storage needs is second to none. I will NEVER even consider storing with anyone else. 5 STARS!

I been having a space for over two years now in the West Palm Beach location by the PBIA and my experience has been beyond good. The place is very secure, very clean, and air conditioner the entire building. The price is very affordable and way lower compare to other places. The employees are amazingly helpful!! They had come through with all my expectations, Specialy Phil, Mesha and Nicole.
I will definitely recommend this place!!

We misplaced keys to our 3 storage units. Misha (Okeechobee Blvd) quickly helped us with replacement keys.
PS: We miss the sense of security that the office staff provides during our visits. They monitor the cameras and are constantly walking the property. However, they are only available Mondays to Saturdays. On Sundays, we sometimes see strangers there (loading area) for very long periods of time that do not go in or up to the floors. Please have someone on duty on Sundays.
