I’ve made a few signs with this company and they were very pleasant and easy to work with and the signs were great. This past experiencing was challenging as I did not receive a sample thru email to approve in style and price and they printed without my approval. The cost of the sign was more than I anticipated but I felt I had to take them. Their explanation was that the person who took the order was leaving and then I wouldn’t have had sign till 3 days later after event. The signs were way more costly than I’ve gotten in the past. I would use them again but need to leave more time and be more thorough in my explanation of my needs and expectations so I’m not taken advantage of-
