I needed three posters for a 5:30 AM meeting on Monday and arrived at 4 PM on Sunday to this busy location. Andre was the only one working, and he handled the stress with professionalism. I truly appreciate him for not turning me away, especially after my experiences at the other print labs on Okeechobee Blvd. Andre, your support made a real difference, and I’m truly thankful for your help.

Driver never bothered to call me or alert me he was at my place 3 separate times, he would just show up, drop a tag, and leave. I waited and caught him doing this a 4th time and he claimed he didn't even have my package. Called his manager who he claimed didn't speak English and didn't let me speak to even though I speak Spanish. Called customer service and the lady basically admitted it was their mistake but made it difficult for me to arrange picking up my item, which is very expensive and fragile. There's no accountability whatsoever and the app is not syncing with this location's database. Literally took off of work to wait for this because it said an attempt would be made today. Absolute joke of a company.

I was there this morning. There was a Caucasian kid. I think his name was good Adrian. It starts with an a, and it was 1:33 PM. And today is the thirty first okay, twenty twenty five, he was so rude.I will never go back there again.This is why your rating is two point seven

I am extremely disappointed and upset. This is the first time in my life I have ever had an issue with shipping. I sent my iPhone to my nephew, a struggling student whose phone had recently broken. When he received the package, he opened it and found only the empty phone case — the iPhone was missing.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I trusted FedEx and the store to handle my shipment with care and honesty, and they failed. Whoever stole the phone has no integrity, and I have completely lost trust in this service.
I believe in accountability, and I trust that karma will catch up with whoever did this.

If I could leave no stars I would. I just wanted to send a package to a friend, sounds easy enough.First the lady that helped me put the whole wrong adress in. (Package ended up being sent to whole different state) Finally got the adress changed after being on the phone for hours, and then they deliver to someone random and can't track as to where they delivered the package. So yeah I'm out a package and the money paid to send it. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!

Roquel was so rude I was trying to pickup a package and was told because someone sent me a gift and didn’t put my government name she refused to give it to me.

Pure theft!!!! Sent a purse back with a prepaid shipping label and the company it was being returned to never received the package!!! Do not go here

Avoid at all costs and DO NOT try to ship anything outside the US. Every single thing you send must fit in a pre set box (which most things don’t) or they will charge you $1000+ for shipping a small piece of art in a “custom box.” Even the pre set boxes are $250+ just for the box. This is a shocking waste of money and time — especially compared to the amazing DHL service point experience we had. Just go to DHL instead! In addition to this extortion, the manager of the store was shouting at us and her employee, incredibly curt and rude, and disrespectful.
