Honestly not share if the guy works at this location or not I just he was the sweetest guy I have ever met he helped me deliver a catering order today and even help me onto the elevator up in Palm Beach gardens

Horrible customer service from manager Austin. He refused to deliver our order to customers house because his driveway had little bit sand on it and a tree few feet away from driveway lol. We paid someone else to pick up from fedex service center and they did deliver it with no issues with box and truck and liftgate. He was super unhelpful. I work with fedex everyday and ship across the country everyday so i get to work with so many service centers. So far almost never had issues except few small cases for last 3-4 years but this location is worst.

I ordered some maintenance car parts online. They were supposed to be delivered Thursday 09/12. I called FedEx customer service to find out what is going on. They said that I will hear from them back in 48 hours. Now it is Wednesday 09/18 and my parts still not arrived. I had maintenance appointment with my mechanic for 09/17 which I had to cancel and tomorrow which I have to cancel. The shipment arrived on 09/12 at the West Palm Beach location at 4:58AM and was put on the delivery truck at 5:06 AM. At 10.15AM there was an operational delay.
09/13 another operational delay at 11:10AM,
09/16 on FedEx truck at 5:46AM and another operational delay at 11:28AM.
09/17 on FeEx truck at 5.33AM and operational delay at 10.30AM
Today 09/18 on truck at 4:42AM and another delay at 11:12AM.
Tomorrow is the last day that I can have the maintenance done before going on vacation. We now have to drive with my wife's less comfortable and smaller vehicle for our 1000 Miles trip.
Thank you FedEx for your stellar performance not being able to get my shipment delivered even you had it nearly one week in possession. Thank you FedEx customer service for not returning phone calls as promised.
There is a reason why we never used FexEx to ship. I rather pay more and have reliable UPS or USPS as my choice of shippers.
Shame on this badly managed outpost of FedEx in West Palm Beach.

I must have the worst delivery driver. He never follows delivery instructions to deliver to the front door, leaves packages by the garage, and places small packages in my mailbox which USPS collects. I've complained so many times and nothing changes. FedEx sucks.

Got my shipment but had to sit and wait for about 45-50 minutes for them to move a small pallet into my truck. It wasn’t until I got frustrated that someone decided to help.
