You guys take he trophy for the laziest delivery drivers. Can't even delivery the package to the feont porch! It's not OK to leave packages in the middle of the driveway!!!!

Horrible, expecting a package, waiting for it, get a text saying no one at location, driver flat out lying, as I being home waiting for it, there was simple no attempt of delivery, now supposedly deliver tomorrow, absolutely ridiculous

I watched young healthy employees vomit and perish in this building in 2020. The carbon monoxide alarms went off for months and 7/10 safety exhaust fans on the roof were not functioning. I was told by different members of management that it would be fixed. When diesel trucks idle inside of a structure and your safety equipment is broken death occurs. Another Manager got diagnosed with throat cancer and I almost perished. 5 people died in this timeframe. This is packing tape on the carbon Monoxide detector due to me and my employees complaining how loud the alarms were. The N99 mask I wore pre Covid which still has the toxic orange black substance locked in it to be tested by a laboratory. More video and concrete evidence on my X account. @elgreenb.

Consistently miss delivery dates. Drivers say they can't deliver business closed, when we are open and have cameras that show they never pulled in the driveway.

I would give zero stars if I could. This facility hires thieves. My package was stolen twice in one week! Bogus “investigations” from the company. Makes me sick! How are they signing for my package and leaving no picture with no repercussions from management?! Ridiculous.

I would give NO STARS if I could. OPERATIONAL DELAY definition is we will get there when we feel like it. Tried customer service. That’s a joke. Got hung up on. Takes 5-6 days after delivery date. For delivery. Broken bashed, Road dirt covered etc.. worse delivery service EVER. Drivers should be held accountable for not delivering items in a timely fashion.

Very disappointed with the service. I have a package that is to be delivered to me and this is now the3rd time it has not been dropped after the tracking says "Out for delivery". Still waiting on my package, guess it's to much of a hassle to drive from West Palm to Fort Pierce. Called there and an employee said he'd forward the message to his manager and call me back. Still haven't heard back. Extremely poor service

I had a package in transit which needed to be stopped and I called the FedEx Ground store off Premier Park Dr and spoke with Jesus who went out of his way to open the container and retrieve the package so my client and pick it up.10 out 10 service which is rare these days.
