They said they attempted delivery 4 times, lies after lies, I called to authorize drop off without signing, still no delivery, I was home when they say the attempt was made, nothing on my ring camera at the times they say. Horrible experience. Now they want me to drive 40 miles to get my package.

I was sent a delivery confirmation, no photo and went get home there is a door tag , not delivered item. How is this possible.? I will never recommend Fedex.

My wife received a notification from FedEx that the package would be delivered SUNDAY to our business address between the hours of 245 and 445. Our business is closed Sunday so I said Ill go to the office and receive the package. I got to the office at 140 pm. An hour before delivery. She later received a notification that delivery was attempted at 120 pm. She went through 4 people on the phone some calling themselves supervisors and one customer service rep. They ALL lied to her repeatedly. Wasting customer's time is of no concern to FedEx Ground.

I've called FedEx 4 times about packages not delivered.
I spoke with 2 different people in the Philippines, 1 in Mexico & 1 in Pakistan.
No help from any of them.
FedEx Ground is worthless.

We are a family that completely appreciates delivery from drivers working with Amazon, FedEx, UPS and any other shipping service. I hope you all understand how incredibly important you are to society and specifically to our family. Today we had Ryan from MDB shipping (a company which partners with FedEx) to drop off some medical supplies for us at the house. This happens all the time that we get deliveries. But what was different? Ryan! He is an absolute column of excellence snd I hope he is recognized as a valuable and professional human resource for his company. They are considered great because he is great! Ryan is likely just doing his job and what he does and perhaps he wouldn’t have known what he’s delivering. But Ryan looked surprised when I came out to tell him thanks for being awesome. A quiet professional! So cool and legit to see a delivery man who obviously cares enough to deliver to peoples front door. We discourage packages coming to us left outside in the heat and elements and that includes that we discourage items delivered into our garage. Thank you for caring about what you do Ryan. Our family greatly thanks you and applaud you! We realize that it’s probably not always possible depending on the delivery location. Here however we have a covered entry where things are more protected and they are more importantly out of the heat in the shade.
For any other delivery personnel out there reading this, please allow me to mention just 7 things about what might seem like a simple action of a delivery and why Ryan is awesome!
1.) The man is just friendly. I don’t know him, and I don’t know what kind of day he’s having. What I do know is that he came to our door with a smile and then I caught him just as he was put in the package in a very secure spot.
2.) And that’s a great lead to my number two. The package is slightly heavy, but he’s obviously delivering it with care. He’s not just throwing it down and running. Thank you to his company that allows him the time to be able to do something like that. And thank you to him for caring.
3.) Ryan is very respectful of peoples property. He probably didn’t even realize that he closed back the door and closed back the gate. I’m not saying he had to go and do all of that, but it just talks about him as a different kind of person. That’s decency… we need more of this as far as I can see.
4.) This was a very timely delivery. Again these are medical supplies and we do rely on them.
5.) Careful driving. He’s not speeding around in our neighborhood where kids and pets are always running around
I have a sister who does similar work and I know sometimes she’s very pressed for time but thank you again for driving safely.
6.) I said it already but he’s a quiet professional. Probably what seems like regular stuff to him. Seems like a big deal to others. People’s behavior matters.
7.) Above and beyond. All of those following points completely defines what I call above and beyond style column of excellence.
Again, I can’t stress how much we appreciate delivered personnel like Ryan. I hope you have a beautiful day, stay safe on the roads and may God bless you.

I watched young healthy employees vomit and perish in this building in 2020. The carbon monoxide alarms went off for months and 7/10 safety exhaust fans on the roof were not functioning. I was told by different members of management that it would be fixed. When diesel trucks idle inside of a structure and your safety equipment is broken death occurs. Another Manager got diagnosed with throat cancer and I almost perished. 5 people died in this timeframe. This is packing tape on the carbon Monoxide detector due to me and my employees complaining how loud the alarms were. The N99 mask I wore pre Covid which still has the toxic orange black substance locked in it to be tested by a laboratory. More video and concrete evidence on my X account. @elgreenb.

i have been waiting for a package for 6 days that has been sitting at wpb branch that's a integral part of my business. i have called 4 times each day to try and get the package delivered. No help and still no package. i cannot speak to anyone at the store location or go and pick up package. Everyday i open a claim and everyday they close the claim so everyday i have to open a new claim. bad service bad delivery

I was waiting on an important package. I got the message that they tried to deliver, but nobody ever came to my door. I have a Ring camera and clearly can see nobody ever came to my door. Now I have to call off my other job to go pick it up because I need this tonight. I see other reviews of the same issue, not sure what the issue is but this shouldn't be happening.
