Even if you do have an account they're 20% more than other vendors It's just corporate . They offer delivery on most orders over a certain dollar amount, Don't expect to get one piece of pipe delivered . If you're trying to buy Plumbing tools avoid the Raptor brand. Dollar for dollar it's uncomparable to Pasco and other manufacturers of identical better made products.

Austin and Mark wer super fabulous.. If you know what I mean. They went above and beyond the expectations of your average employees, and they deserve a raise. Mark looked tired from all of his countless hours helping customers. Austin hooked me up with some fly Furgeson kerch. I will definitely keep shopping here for all of my plumbing needs!

What's worse that someone who is not competent?Someone who THINKS they are competent but aren't.They need to train these people with the building code. I'm not interested in debating with someone who SOLD items for decades as opposed to knowing how plumbing works

Approximately two weeks ago, I visited this establishment and spent a good part of two hours, reviewing various items for our bathrooms as well as our kitchen. We decided on several items and expected a quote. After reminding my sales person by email, we are still waiting for a quote. We even put int 2 phone calls and left messages.This is not a very serious operation and should be avoided at all costsThere are plenty of other establishments that are eager to do business with you. Avoid this place!The sales personnel was barely helpful. Not totally unhelpful, but you could tell that she did not like what she was doing. We were professional, and chose a dozen different items in the two hours that we spent.Competitors such as royal bath Are a great option and I feel I will be doing business with them instead. They provided me quotes within two days. Their sales personnel are wonderful and very informative.Angel Ross, and Kirsten Paniccoli

Communication was and continues to be lacking on our order. We have been passed around to multiple different people with issues on our account. Every person we have worked with has heard our concerns but never followed through and taken action. It took us 3 months to get a response on credits on our account after multiple emails, which is still not resolved.

There were many issues with my order, however Lorenzo was able to correct them. I was not completely satisfied because of all those issues, but at least the issues and problems were solved. I believe that Lorenzo is very good, there is also Roy, but I still feel the company is very disorganized. They have the largest display of high quality items.

After having a bad experience with Ferguson I received a call from Elyssa the showroom manager.She was professional and helpful and listened to my experience and offered to correct everything. This restores my faith in good customer service which is lacking these days.

The show room is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. You have to have an appointment which is sort of annoying. It is sort of hard to get ahold of anyone if you need a follow up. They have very nice, high-end materials.

After purchase and Installation (March 2021) of my new Miele range from Ferguson, the cooktop does not allow one burner to boil water if another burner is in use.The oven does not retain heat when temperature is set. I have contacted Ferguson and Miele numerous times to no avail. I continue to be referred to someone else. This has been going on for weeks.This is totally unacceptable for an appliance costing $8,000.00I would like someone to respond as soon as possible.

We waited a couple of hours on a Saturday at our local showroom (West Palm Beach) No one acknowledged us at all. Finally asked if we could get someone to help us and they said to call Customer Service 1-800 number and make an appointment. Customer service really wasn't able to assist us and had to call the local store for assistance. No one called us back. I called my local showroom (West Palm Beach) and left messages. No one called me back. I called one last time and was told that they do not take reservations on Saturday. Walk-ins only and I have to have all my part numbers ready to order. No questions or "shopping". YOU GUYS OBVIOUSLY DON'T WANT MY BUSINESS. Moving on.
