1 star just because the MUSIC is always blasting like a night club. I just left with a huge migraine and now I feel like throwing up. It’s so bright already, then they have neon lights in your face near the party section but the music killed me. It’s wayyyy too loud. I cut my shopping short & left dizzy.

I called in the store because I did a online order but it was in Miami and that was to far away so a manager by the name of Ms Pam #6089 walked me through the process not only did she walk me through it she also helped me looked for the item I couldn’t find in a few stores Her customer service was beyond amazing and I was very happy with my outcome she’s definitely a great supervisor

Five Below at the Palm Beach Lakes Outlet is the most well maintained and organized store with 5$ below section and $5 above section. Debbie, assistant manager and staff were cordial and helpful during my shopping spree. Highly recommended!!!

Clean store with a large variety of items to choose from. I was visiting from Philly and left my charger at home, i was able to get in and out quickly. The staff was very helpful.

My grandkids and I love going here. Every weekend we have a date going here. They have a blast shopping here, even though they can't make up their minds on what they want. They have so many choices to choose from. It's a great place to take the kids. I like it.
