My mom’s car recently needed to be towed and the insurance had 5 star towing come to pick it up. The driver Kouba was so nice. He put us at ease and was an extremely thoughtful person. When incidents happen that are out of your control it’s nice to have people who care and can put you at ease during stressful situations....
