Our PC got hacked about a week ago, and within an hour of noticing a false charge to PayPal, we had our hard drive to these folks. It took them a few days to get us a new password, and scan the viruses. When we plugged it back in, our 2nd monitor wasn't working, so we took pictures of our hookup, and when they saw it was all correct, just called and "took over our screen", and got the 2nd monitor working (that the hackers had deleted).They didn't charge us anymore than we had already paid which was very reasonable. Will def call again with all our computer needs. We are Realtors, so this is our lifeline!!

Quality work as promised, replaced the screen on my S23 Ultra and it works like new. Took about 5 days from the time I ordered the screen replacement until it was completed. Cost was 499.99 plus tax, I had private insurance for the phone, they did not take the insurance but I was able to provide a receipt to be reimbursed from. Professional and not some "guy" just working on stuff.

An honest business! Great place! Friendly and helpful. My older Toshiba laptop computer's drive crashed. They extracted all the information from the old drive onto a flash drive for $79. Didn't try to talk me into a 2-4 hundred dollar repair. And explained everything beautifully: I should buy a laptop with a solid state drive for longevity. I highly recommend them.

Hey everyone, My full name is Timothy Michael Parrish. I recently was having some problems with a few games on my machine and it just seemed like the performance did not match the specs. I had recently tried to install an AIO cooler which i had never done before and a new CPU and afterwards I was having massive frame hitching and stuttering issues. I also couldn't get my windows security updates. I tried a few things that just didn't work. I went to school for PC repair a loooong time ago, and my training was only for Windows XP and older versions. I haven't had much time lately and just didn't want to be bothered by having to go through all the troubleshooting myself. Even though I'm pretty competent and good with computers (I even enjoy a little programming in C++, Lua, Python, Java, Javascript, and HTML languages), I decided that I really needed some experts to take a look at my machine and ensure there were no malware, malfunctioning Hardware/software, or any other issues and that my machine was performing the way it was supposed to. If you Want to find a place that will treat you right and not overcharge you then THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! If you are tired of most PC Repair places telling you they can't do much in regards to Video Games issues or they just don't have the diagnostics to do it, then THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU! They left no stone unturned in fixing my issue! They made it their personal mission to take care of my pc problems. Also, it is very important to mention They have a gentleman working there who used to be a game tester for "War thunder". Most people may not know this, but "Technical Game testers" must have a good understanding of game development processes, as well as programming languages, hardware, and software. They must be familiar with different platforms, such as PC, console, and mobile devices (depending on the software they are testing). So that ought to tell u how good they are at understanding Gaming/performance issues. I can't say enough how rare it is to find a repair center that is like that. Forget every other place. Fix-My-PC-Store offers the best value and the best service around! They made me feel genuinley like a VIP customer! If your PC isn't strong enough to run certain things they can give you great recommendations to upgrade but In my case my PC was good enough to play the games, it just needed a little tender loving care from these Great professionals. HP laptop not turning on , tech said could be power supply or connection. All power supply and connections check out ok , needed mother board. I found out I had a costco extended warranty and asked them to put the laptop back together . They called and said after they put it back together it started working again. No extra charges. Not sure what to thing , still working fine.

I took my pc to be fix on Aug 8 and one week later it was fixed. It’s working great. Price of labor was quite reasonable. The staff is approachable and efficient. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Great place.

First of all, the customer service was outstanding. I didn't write a review right away because I wanted to give the phone to My son-in-law. Computer operation restored and faulty battery replaced - expect to bring in second laptop soon - glad to locate convenient competent repair source, especially one that can make house call for multiple equipment update and coordination if necessary.
