Tried to call several times and it leaves an automated voicemail about their hours. I was trying to find a pair of sneakers and wanted to know if they had them no live person answered so I went somewhere else and bought the sneakers.

Just walked in this store with my customer BLAISE MATUIDI and that was a terrible experience.Mr Matuidi is from Paris so when he asked for shoes in european size she literally said “ This is U.S. so if you can’t give us the U.S. size, we can’t help you.” I couldn’t understand why she is acting like that so I asked for the manager but unfortunately she was the manager.So please if you are going to this store, don’t let anyone disrespect you or underestimate you because of your ethnicity or your skin color.I am not saying a world champion should be treated better than anyone else but a minimum of respect will be nice from a big store like Foot Locker.This is a shame for Foot Locker to have this type of manager working with no respect for the customers and being super lazy while the store is not even busy.Anyways I definitely don’t recommend this store so if you appreciate good customer service PLEASE STAY AWAY from this place !

Walked in right before they closed at 8 looking to buy a pair of Air Force 1s and I was standing around for about 3-5 minutes seeing if anyone would approach me and ask if I needed help but they were all standing around looking stupid. There was a kid who said he couldn't help me cause he had two shoes in his hands and I said man y'all just lettin money walk out the store? And he tried to get someone else to help but I left right after. If you got 5-6 people working at one time, y'all should try to see if someone needs help. The Hispanic guy next to me ALSO wasn't helped when I asked him and he said he had been looking for about 10-15 minutes. Taking my $ elsewhere

Naver will stop by at this store again I was told by an employee that they didn’t have a pair of shoes and while I’m still in the store a customer that walked in after me purchased a pair without being told we don’t have them an I proceeded to ask a manager thinking that it was maybe just the employee. But the message was clear when the manager told me she put the shoe up for the customer an hour ago a pair of retros that wasn’t raffled off is being held for a customer for a hour ? From my understanding Retros can not be held it’s first come first serve as long as there’s leftovers an have the word on they can sell them . this business operates how it wants because they don’t have a system we’re the customer Can give feedback on there in store experience an get a response same day by an actual area manager or management in general so employees will forever do what they want

Went to this store and tried to return 3 pair of shoes I purchased online that was too small for my son. The manager had me waiting for 10 min while they Call district manager. They reported they can’t accept my return because it would put them negative in sales . Not customer oriented. I’ve never had this happen to any other stores.

Manager and her crew are awesome. Always helpful and attentive. Greeted every time that I go into the store as well. the store is always organized, cleaned and in great shape. Definitely buying and recommending this store to all of my friends and family.
