Before I begin, one thing you do not tamper with are people’s cats. The planet will come after you.
-My first job in Florida ten year’s ago was Vet Technician. I worked in Boca, did not disclose this information to the doctor or staff, so obviously they treated me like a dumb little girl ?♀️?
-You have to pay 200 dollars to make an appointment, non refundable. Brought my cat in for cysts in his ears which he needs surgically removed - god vets. A REAL VET, usually freezes them off, literally your first appointment they’ll do this at any clinic. It takes little to no time, they stay overnight if anything and it’s done. The “doctor” said he needs another 2 or THREE appointments. So it was a “consultation” and I left with an oil, which DOES NOT WORK. He’s literally a snake oil salesman.
-The cysts in my cats ears were nearly the size of green peas when I visited, and there were at least four. Whoever the reviews on this page are for that are positive, that doctor has left. The actual appointment cost me 700 dollars, the medication was another 150 to 200, in addition to the “scheduling fee”.. I get it, you’re bad at your job and you’ve lost customers, so maybe try another method. Be a better at your job, do an honest job, heal sick animals. Or resign.
-And yes, the cat still has cysts. Three doctors in Palm beach have presented me with the option that they don’t know how to heal them, he can’t have them frozen off, or I need ten appointments in a row.
-AND For Cats Only charged me for tests I didn’t approve, was not was I told about at the beginning of the scheduling or during scheduling - they also tried to get me to give him outdoor shots, FLEA SHOTS - he’s an indoor cat! He’s a Maine Coone, never goes outdoors.
SCAM, fraud, do not come here. I would say I want my money back but apparently they needed it more than I do, they’re in a terrible position financially and I’m not going to argue with sociopaths who torment and abuse animals just to make a buck. They’ll be out of business soon, anyway.✌️?

I would never take my cats anywhere else. I've probably been going there for 20 years. She truly cares about every cat she sees more than anything else!

Such an amazing staff, very informative and caring. They helped our Sladie when we didn't know what was going on with her skin. Treated her as much as they could and gave us a referral for a specialist. We have recently been back to treat fleas/ anal glands and they were incredibly fast, eliminating most of the stress on a once ferral kitten. Side note, decorations are on point lol

Took my 19 Y/O cat there yesterday. Excellent experience for myself and the cat. Very calm environment and the staff was kind, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. We will definitely be going back and I will recommend to other cat owners. As far as pricing, it is not the cheapest nor the most expensive clinic that I have been to and I thought the level of service was well worth it.
Side note: they did want the permission from me to sedate if necessary. I was free to and did decline that request.

FOR CASH ONLY!
Nice cats tie from the hubby vet.... but all jokes aside they are only there to milk pet owners. Especially poor old folks. They have no shame and take advantage of your sadness and disarray to charge thousands . They will even bill you for a pair of latex gloves . Shame on you! That husband and wife team could care less about cats , it is a business niche for them and they could care less about our pets and our wallets.

I never had a cat before.Suffice to say, I have NO IDEA what I’m doing in plenty of situations. Yet, after one visit to “For Cats Only”, I have an entire team of eager listeners to help me along. Not only do they handle my cat with all the medical professionalism you can expect from such a specialized facility, but their passion and love for cats is palpable. They answer all my questions promptly, and give considerate suggestions regarding different issues I might run into.I’ve literally called them with cat inquiries, and they’ve patiently fielded all my concerns.I can’t tell you how much I appreciate their efforts to make my, and I’m sure anyone else’s, experience easier.

The doctors genuinely care about cats. It's also nice that there aren't any dogs, which is less stressful for my nervous kitty

I can give you only one star with my first impression. So my cat feels sick , we checked this clinic with a good star rating and called them to schedule an appointment. If you cat sick today or argent situation - is not an option to get there office- by appointment only . So my fault was I missed with the day , I should come Thursday and I came Wednesday ,all this corona virus around mess with people. So when I arrived the door was closed , I knocked. It’s took them 15 min to someone open the door and ask me why I’m here ? I was still outside on the street with scared cat in my hands , nobody allowed me inside. I told the girl I had an appointment - next she close the door behind my nose and locked it ??? Like really? Did I try to break in or something! Then she open the door and told me no appointment today for me and gives me attitude . I was ready to leave and comeback next day . On the way to my car , she told me don’t bring your cat with out carrier . I told her I don’t have one , then she told me - don’t come here without appointment.Lol , no problem i will not be back and will not recommend that place to any of my friends .

Do not take your cat there if you want it to live. This place is a joke. They wanted to sedate our cat everytime it got a shot. The other two vets didn't. It is another way for them to make money. They also won't let you in exam room with animal. The cat is stressed already and your presence comforts the. They say they only take two emergencies a day. Our new vet saw our cat anytime if they thought it was an emergency. This place is a joke. I was a emergency room vet tech in college in austin texas before going to medical school. We never sedated a animal for a shot and felt owner had a calming effect on the animal in a stressful situation. West palm is a village but deserves a better cat hospital. Also the staff is very rude and I believe aren't cat lovers.
