Store hours says they are open 1/1 from 10am to 8pm and is posted on the door but the doors are LOCKED and they are closed.

Located inside Tanger Outlet West Palm Beach, this F21 was real disappointment. It’s a huge store. But whole store was messy, clothes were all over, boxes were stacked in plain sight. The inventory quality of this store was also unappealing. But items had good sale prices for what it’s worth. We didn’t buy anything from here. Being an F21 shopper, I was sad to see the poor condition of this store.

Honestly I gave this experience a 5 because of Isaiah. I’ve worked in retail for many years and it can be tiring and overwhelming and he did such a great job being friendly and helpful.
He was knowledgeable about a product I was looking for. He was also patient with some returns I had.
I feel like people always complain about retail workers so I wanted to highlight one.
5/5 experience.

I want to personally thank the cashier (sorry dont know your name) she wears a puerto rican flag necklace She allowed my dughter to shop even though the store was about to close. It was her birthday and grandpa rushed to take her to buy a gift. Even though you were probably tired and ready to leave you still allowed her to have a quick shopping spree and im greatful. Grandpa works in naples all week so he is a busy man and wanted to let her pick her gifts. It was very sweet and i will always support this store just for that Thank you !

The staff at the Tango Outlet, Very RUDE, NASTY, AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was in the store this evening and the cashier was very rude. They all need to be trained on customer service also how to look appropriate for work. They were dressed in shorts and t-shirt like they were at home. Some of them had on unappropriate head gear. A young brown skin girl in the store behind the cashier screaming on top of her lungs to the customers. It was an awful scene. The manager stood there and watch everything and did nothing to deescalate the situation. Forvere 21 company need to improve on thier hiring process and who they are hiring. I would not recommend anyone to shop in the Forever 21 in Tango outlet.

One of the cashiers looked at my 10-MONTH-OLD BABY with complete disgust just because we returned some earrings she had been playing with earlier.THE WORST PART is that when I went to file a complaint with the manager, she laughed in my face!!As a customer, I feel completely offended and disgusted by the staff at this place.What kind of people do they hire here?

The costumer service es terrible first guy rachelle was super rude because i don’t apply to the card they offer also most o f the time no body is putting atention on the cashier , and I say bye have a great day and this black guy ignored I say omg horrible costumer service and he say excuseme what u meant with bad actitud please teach the people to make a good costumer service lamentably they make bad image for the big company

Lashya at this store is AMAZING! I had tried on a dress earlier the day but didn’t take it. Then i came back later wanting it but couldn’t find it anywhere. I literally looked all over. I went up to her and I described it to her and she went all over the store and found it for me. It was the LAST ONE! I’m so happy. Thank you so much Lashya!

Taylor helped me and my sister out pick out some jeans and she was so sweet, kind and attentive even with the size and style sensitivity she made us feel so refreshed and comfortable. Truly such a sweet employee in a store that can be very overwhelming
