Never coming back !!!!!
I typically shop at the forever 21 on Palm beach lakes , but today I came to grab some outfits for my daughter and I stopped by to grab a pair of leggings for my self. I was in a rush so I tried them on left the ones I didn’t want on the wrack they have in the dressing room .Then i threw the one I was going to buy on my daughters stroller which by the way didn’t have a canapy and it wasn’t closed in at all . I had 3 bags on their from my previous shopping before we got their , as I was walking out of the dressing room still browsing the athletic section and I stopped by the socks because I wanted some leg warmers located by the dressing room when this lady who was on the phone by the way she said ( Wyd ) I turned around and said excuse me ? Then proceeded to ask me where the clothes was for the hanger I had on the stroller , and I said their and pointed to it on the shoulder of the stroller , like I said , ( I was in a hurry so I threw it on the stroller ) and she continues saying why it was balled up which it wasn’t and I said I’m buying it I’m still looking ! And then she stood by the counter watching me like I was going to steal that one legging ? Making me uncomfortable ! I have never been treated this way ! I shop all the time and I always hang the clothes on the stroller and use it as a cart ,Or usually they offer me a bag to put my merchandise , seeing that I’m using my hands to push a stroller where was I supposed to to put the pants on my head ? Or was it because I was Hispanic ?

Clarisse, I hope I spelled it right. Was the nicest...she allowed me to hold my daughters dress for the next day. It was an above and beyond experience talking with her. She gave me options which is more than I can say for the other stores there in wellington green.

Love this store, and the clothing. Love Ariana too when me and my mom came to pay for our clothes at the register. She was so friendly and welcoming!! Truly so sweet!

This is the best forever 21 in all Palm Beach County, I normally go to the one in outlets or the one in boca as they are the malls I usually go to, but today I decided to go to this mall and I was speechless when I saw how beautiful this store is. Amazing service Elio and Manny were the sweetest boys ever they helped update my kids wardrobe and mine, I will definitely come back.

No sales. Pretty pricey for the quality. Go only if you want your clothes not to last and you have deposable money.

I purchased an item from Forever 21and returned with a receipt. I was also purchasing at the same time as the return, two new items, as an impulse buy. The cashier did not process my return for the first item by crediting it back to my card, instead she minus it off the two new items: I was purchasing and I paid the difference minus my first return. At the time I did not notice she did not put my first receipt back in the bag nor did I realize at the time if I returned the two new items I would not get a full credit for all three items; only a partial credit and the original amount would be on a store credit! I was not happy with that senior because I had returned using 2 receipts in less than 2 weeks of purchase. I had both receipts and should have gotten a full credit of all three items and no store credit. Now it is up to me to contact corporate and go through the story again and the steps in trying to receive my full credit. Either way, it will be my inconvenience to have to go back to the store and have to call Forever 21 corporate, be on hold for just being a customer. I will not shop this store again for all the trouble and the laziness of the cashier to not credit back my card in the first place. Her laziness cost me lots of trouble.Is it really worth shopping this store???

I went there last week and bought a shirt that I thought would fit me since the fitting rooms were closed and I had no idead that it wouldn’t fit me. Anyways, I went to return it and had my receipt and showed it to the cashier and she asked for an ID. I was confused as to why she would ask for one and asked why. She said it was to confirm that I purchased the shirt so that they would be able to return me my money( I had purchased it with cash) which didn’t make sense because when I had bought the shirt nobody asked for my ID. It wouldn’t make sense to ask for my ID when refunding if they didn’t ask for it when I purchased it. They wouldn’t have been able to confirm anything.

The worst store, customers come first, found some jackets on the clearance rack that was marked down in which they were all marked down and told me is was their mistake and didn’t want to honor for the price it was marked down. Don’t recommend shopping here.
