A lot of items had no price tag on them. Employees are a little rude and all over the store standing around with nothing to do but not allowed to get a price because it
has to go back through processing. This one employee stood in the already small aisle making noises and standing in the way of us going down the aisle. The hot dog vendor was the highlight of this store.

Apparently all Goodwills in West Palm Beach area don't arrange their shirts by size? Lazy, extremely poor work!
Manangement should be ashamed of themselves. Basic, beginner level training in doing the job right.

We had some time to wait until our Airbnb check-in so when Mrs. K. suggested that we go thrifting, Yelp led us to this Goodwill in WPB.
This is huge. Massive selection of clothes that are well organized plus lots of kitchenware, some furniture and entirely too many knee-scooters.
Mrs. K. was able to find two new tops that were perfect for Florida in February and I found another pair of shorts because dang, it's just a little warmer here than it is back in North Carolina.
Great prices and friendly staff. Five stars!

The good will store is fine, But the review is on the hot dog stand outside this store!
Jusquin plaza, owns the hot dog stand! He has wonderful items, and had skinless sabrett hot dogs and toasted the bun on the flame! Really good! 4 dollar each plus whatever else he has! Very much a gentleman. We will be back!

Customer service i give one star due to Marieanne.
I guess she feels its okay for her inconsiderate behavior towards customers who have more than one item that they should wait in line for the ones who have less than what you’re buying the nerve of her. She wasn’t even a cashier while I was there she was on the floor being an assistant to the manager..

All plastic cheap clothing and way over priced- saw cochroaches alive inside an ottoman I lifted skirt on- eww- go somewhere else!!!! Time is money. Did have a very few- 4- pieces of quality size 2- cotton dresses-big names- but overpriced. HARD PASS

The short lady with the dark hair and glasses (late 30s early 40s) that works the register has the NASTIEST attitude. Im postive she Hates her job and should go work somewhere else with her attitude. I'll get her name next time
Oh and if the Manager could tell that customer Tammy to stop acting like she runs the store that would be great.

Be careful if you bring your baby or kids. My two year old was looking at a doll house and a crazy lady working there just started throwing toys by my baby's head angrily because she was cleaning, we ran out. Go abuse your own kids old lady. Yikes. Very negative energy. Kind of scary. She was really whipping these products so close to my little baby's head.

Not organized, only by color but men have a whole "room" for them. I was only there for 10 minutes trying to find stuff for myself or my babies but it's horrible.

I have been visiting and especially donating for some time. I was disappointed various times at the donation center. Not that I don't find any friendliness, but I also see some hostility. At one occasion a man, I gave a bag of books, some for children... threw it like it is a trash, with absolutely no care or concern that the books could break. My view on this is that even robots could do better job and it could be more pleasant experience. I'm donating some of my stuff and being treated like I'm bothering the personal. Little consideration would be appreciated.

Best goodwill I've been to! Bought 2 sports bras and several tops. Even a summer dress. 2 shirts were regular 100$+. Most clothes were 6.99 which can't be beat. I love that thrift shopping is good for the environment, saves me money, and goes to a good cause.

One of the worst Goodwills I have ever been in. Especially disgraceful it being in West Palm Beach LOL. Gulfstream Goodwill has got to be one of the worst run Goodwill systems in the whole country. Messy, sloppy, chaotic, obnoxious shopping environment and the $5.99 price tag for ALL clothes men's and women's regardless of what it is is INSULTING and RIDICULOUS. It must be a MENTALLY CHALLENGED person RUNNING Goodwill. Pure example of the END TIMES.
