Buyer beware don't buy Bags of Jewelry nothing but broken and unusable junk .I spent $700.00 on 3 large bags and got maybe $40 worth. I was told that it was full of good stuff and maybe even some scrap silver or gold but found nothing of value . What a joke.

Store is very nice and very clean. Associates were welcoming and helpful. I was looking for electronics but not much of a selection there. They do have alot of clothes and shoes.

This store used to be good, now their pricing is way to high for used donated goods. They will also double the price on items that have no tag even though comparable items have a set price, so don't bother to ask for a price. Also they remove items especially clothing that are due to go on the 50% off color, and this is not the only store that has this practice, and i am not the only person to have witnessed it.The CEO of Goodwill makes an average of around $650,000 per year, with some earning upwards of $900,000, perhaps this is why,

All the locations now take the color of the week off the floor to the back, so you will rarely find the 50% color of the week. Yeah it's a thing. Workers that work across the country have confirmed this. How ridiculous is that. It really is becoming greedwill

Not worth driving here. Poor and scant selection of items. Most dresses were XL or too big. Unless resellers were here and took everything. Place is Big and organized but no real gems here. Low quality clothing, most looked old and of no-name brands. Miami has better selections and brands at Goodwill.

I was in the dressing room today, and a male employee kept knocking on the door. They have several dressing rooms there, but only 2 were open. There was a line forming outside the dressing room door. The annoying employee wouldn't stop knocking. I was in there trying stuff on. I waited in line to use the dressing room too. Why keep knocking on the door when you know someone is in there? Very annoying.

Had a rude cashier today. Joanne940. When checking out she asked if I wanted to make a donation by rounding up my purchase. When I replied "no", she mockingly repeated "no" and slammed my change down in front of me. Thinking perhaps I had done something inadvertently to offend her, I apologized if I somehow offended her. She glared at me and turned her back. I tried the Goodwill Web site to communicate my complaint without resorting to a public forum. Unfortunately the contact button just leads to the ability to make donations.
