Gulfstream Goodwill get it together. You're now charging customers for the privilege of getting a discount? $5.99 a month for 25% off discount. That's $72 a year for something that used to be $25. (and you're making it reoccurring payments via credit card, that is also difficult to cancel.) Corporate greed! Shame on you.

NEVER COMING BACK HERE! The manager is disrespectful, she thinks the customers work for her, and she closes the fitting rooms and the store before time. The store closes at 7 and she locked the doors about 10mins before time. My first time coming to this Goodwill was Sunday 15th, I really liked the selection they had and my first impression was actually good because of the employees (2 African American young women and young men) I even told the manager they were great but she didn’t seem to care. I went to try on some stuff but the fitting rooms were closed. The lady said they closed the fitting rooms at 5:30 and I responded it’s not even 5:20 yet and the store closes at 6. She then said I was right and that I could try on the clothes. She was so nice I replenish everything I didn’t take for her so she didn’t have to since it was close to closing time. I came back today because yesterday I didn’t have enough time to see everything. I went to try on stuff and a girl at the register kept screaming at me saying the fitting rooms were closed but there is a sign that says they close the fitting rooms at 6:30 and it wasn’t 6:30 yet. When I was done I come out and left all the clothes I didn’t want with the hangers on, in a cart since they didn’t have anywhere else to put it. When I went to pay, the manager started telling me how I am not supposed to leave it there, I said were then? There isn’t anywhere to put it. She ignored me. I payed graved my stuff and headed out the door. While I was walking out she said, next time don’t leave the stuff there. I turned around and told her again, there was not place to put it, in fact the day before I had came into the store and had replenished everything I didn’t want because I was treated fairly and with respect, but I wasn’t going to replenish for her since she had a bad attitude. I honestly don’t know what she wanted me to do with the clothes if there was no rack to put it. I am not her employee or her child for her to tell me not to do that next time I come into the store. If you don’t want customers to leave the clothes in a cart, bring a rack like every other goodwill out there! I would know, I am a member and love thrift shopping.

Well organized expansive Goodwill store. You can pay 25 dollars per year and then entitled to 25% off on all purchases every visit. Lots of clothing, some bric brac and furniture.

Rude employees, inflated prices, for stuff they pay nothing for. Ever since going for-profit, they've been going down the tubes. Thankfully, there are other, better thrift stores in the area.

I usually go to this store to buy books. At one time they had a large selection. Now the selection isn't very large. In addition, I took a friend there. She was looking for dishes. I felt the prices were too high.

The reviews of this specific goodwill aren't that great so I was skeptical coming in the first time, but I'm not kidding it's become my favorite goodwill in the area. From house decor, to tops, to furniture, this goodwill has the best selection. It is much better than the Northlake one by a lot, this one is more organized, staff is a bit friendlier (although nice staff at a goodwill is a rare sight), AC even works better, and every time I go, I walk out with a full cart.I see a lot of complaints about Goodwill raising prices, but that is not up to the individual store so they should not be getting bad reviews because of it, those are corporate decisions. Every Goodwill I've entered this last year, even outside West Palm, has higher prices. I remember Goodwill used to accept returns for store credit, but not anymore. Again, that's a higher up decision, not this locations fault.Anyway, love this store and will keep going back a million times more!!

Prices have gotten crazy high....I can go to dd discounts and get brand new clothes for 4 to 5 dollars cheaper per item...JUST CRAZY ...plus the little Hispanic cashier that constantly has a poor attitude and her eye rolling is enough for me to not bother going back there

The way in which prices for junk items have risen is horrible, it is already cheaper to go buy at Walmart, I no longer see the intention of coming to these stores to buy something nice at a good price, I predict a very close bankruptcy, other donation houses have much better prices up to 50% difference with them, very sad situation.
