Yes, I agree with another reviewer, they are scamming customers. I ordered a small, picked my two flavors, swiped my card, asked for the receipt and then noticed that I was charged for a large. I asked about it and she said they don’t have mini or small in dishes. She failed to tell me this when I ordered the small dish. I pointed to the menu CLEARLY showing dishes and cones in every size and she reiterated that they only sell larges. They are clearly just hoping you don’t notice and pay the full amount.On top of that, half the containers have clearly been left out before as the tops of about half of them were completely soupy.This place should be shut down.

Ice cream is always spectacular, but they’re scamming the tourists here telling them they can only sell the “large” sizes. In other words, no mini or small size cones.This is crazy! People with kids have to buy the largest size at 30% more cost just to throw it away when the kid doesn’t eat it.

What a surprise! Delicious black coffee with whip cream from the Haagen-Dazs ice cream shop at the outlet mall! Didn’t make coffee in the morning at home and took our shuttle to the outlets early! Didn’t want to risk my life walking in the parking lot to Starbucks so I looked for affordable coffee. The new coffee truck was too expensive and no one inside the food court had coffee. So I noticed a huge ad in the window of the Haagen daz store saying iced and hot coffee! Yay! The store is spotless and welcoming. The charming and friendly young lady quickly came to assist me. A little coffee bar at the entrance of the store with extremely affordable coffee prices. I had no idea. I am definitely a fan! I ordered a regular black coffee and added whipped cream! The coffee was only $1.49 and the whipped cream was an additional.50 cents. Fresh delicious coffee! Yes I ordered a hot coffee. I added a little Splenda and cinnamon from the coffee bar. It was easily the most delicious coffee I’ve had outside of my home! I took it into the air conditioned food court to enjoy. I’m not a big ice cream fan but will definitely recommend the coffee from Haagen Daz! (I do like Haagen Daz ice cream on the rare occasion I buy it) ..

Ew, staff member double dipped her own spoon in multiple icecream containers. Very unsanitary. Will report it to the inspectors.Avoid this place.

Awful ! Staff was really slow and rude. The girl who served us was wearing her airpods on both sides !We came to take 1 ice cream and 2 milkshakes. I was able to eat my whole ice cream while the first milkshake was not even finished.Also she was convinced she could bypass my pin code although I taught her before she could not do it because it was going to be declined. She did not care at all and then said « it is declined »OF COURSE YOU BYPASSED THE PIN !

These employees have to worst attitude out of any Häagen-Dazs. I don't mind the $8 ice cream for one scoop, it's delicious my daughter loves it. The girls that ran the counter acted like they were being bothered to do thier job. Ice cream was melted. The gardens mall is much better ran.

So first i asked for a milkshake this lady tells me i cant have it cus she is about to close "i cant make it for you all the machines are clean already and im about to close". I go ok fine let me have the ice cream scoops in a cup. she hands it to me with one of her hairs as a topping and i tell her "i cant eat this it has your hair on it!!" instead of apologizing and giving me another one she replies with attitude "well now you have to pay it because i served it already!!" I'm like are you serious!? She is like "YES its SERVED and you have to take it" and i literally had to walk out wtf is wrong with her to tell me i have to consume a product that has one of her dirty hairs on it? Owners you lost 5 sales and 5 costumers i will never return to this location. Pathetic and disgusting zero customer service

I'm here today at 5 30 they closed the door on customers they lost about 20 customer the door was to be closed at 6 pm owner needs to pay close attention whats going on here they lost around 120.00 in a half an hour x 30 days
