This location tried to rent a damaged vehicle to me. Asking me and all customers to sign without first providing terms and conditions agreement to review. They don't even have a copy of it in the lobby for customers to review before you sign on a keypad for a rental, this is ridiculous. Then the vehicle was damaged and hit on all four sides of the vehicle.
Couldn't even take a car out of here today. Also this is not a safe neighborhood. Dixie Hwy location West Palm Beach (Very bad HERTZ = ZERO )

Car and rental was good but had to wait 35 minutes for car because they were filling it up. I was put into computer at 8:08 am but after waiting for car to come back, only left at about 8:50. Then when car was returned at approximately 8:35 they entered it in computer at 8:40 and charged me $26.38 more saying I was an hour late. I WASHED the car, Fully gassed and vacummed the car and left it in better condition than I recieved it. I feel for the time I had to wait because the car was not ready I shouldn't have been charged. Not like I broughtit bacl 2 hrs late.

I had a terrible experience with Hertz. They rented me a car without airbags on the driverās side door ā a major safety hazard that I have on video. When I returned the vehicle and mentioned this, they completely ignored it and showed zero concern.
On top of that, they told me I would be charged a $300 fee because the car āsmelled like cigarette smokeā ā not because it was dirty, not because of any damage ā just because of a supposed smell. I donāt smoke, and the car already had an odor when I picked it up.
To make things worse, the employee I dealt with was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful, speaking to me in a condescending manner and refusing to listen to a legitimate complaint. It felt like they just wanted to take my money and send me on my way.
I would never recommend Hertz to anyone. They put customer safety at risk, lack basic customer service, and make up ridiculous fees. Avoid this company at all costs.

Never again!
Reserved a car for a Friday afternoon. Got there and they had closed at noon. Why? It was the day after Thanksgiving and THAT office decided to close so the employees could go shopping. Supposedly without advising their corporate office. Did that office know that there were cars scheduled to be picked up in the afternoon? Of course they did. Did they attempt to contact any of those customers? Of course not.
Hertz customer service was completely worthless.
Never again!

TAKE THOROUGH PHOTOS PRIOR TO LEAVING! My wife rented through insurance, when she picked up she informed of bumper damage, was told it was noted, she accepted that as she was trying to get to work on time. HUGE MISTAKE! 6 months later we receive notice of damage claim on my insurance, we are being held responsible for existing damage prior to her rental.

After 2 days of fighting with multiple enterprises I called the insurance and told them to transfer me to hertz because I wasnāt dealing with enterprise no more. I called this location and in less the 5 minutes they answer all my questions and got a vehicle ready for me. After I arrived Ashley Dumas was extremely professional and explained everything from top to bottom, I was there for less than 30 minutes and customer service was amazing. Definitely recommend!!

I have been waiting more than 40 minutes for them to rent me a rav 4 and when they deliver it to me they bring me a dirty car, now I have to wait another 20 minutes while they wash it. What a lack of respect for customers to deliver a dirty car
