Went to this home depot multiple times.Staff is very helpful as if I had my own personal assistant.Located all I needed and what this location did not have in stock they referred me to another store which had what I was looking for.Also a very special thanks to Sasha at the Okeechobee store who signed me up for a pro account which now I’m able to get points to redeem later 😊

I've been here 1 time abd will not go again you can tell that everthing above the clothing hasn been cleaned in a very long time exposing the clothing,i took 7 pieces not the best ironing and a brand new pair of pants it looked the same as when i got it from the store,am sorry for the workers but u donot recoment it

One of the worst HD I’ve been to.
All worked up front chating, the store doesn’t have anybody to help you find anything or grab from the top shelf stock.
The people at the customer service/returns have horrible customer service, they don’t speak to you nicely and the look like they don’t even wanna be there.
Plumbing section never had anything stocked, it says it has it online, but nothing on the shelfs, probably no one stocking.
And the worker that are actually in the store are always on there phone.
Really disappointed with this one.

I came to Home Depot on Ockechobee and jog and the most best experience i ever had at a home depot. Diquan (supervisor) was highly professional and had great customer service. His skill set was able to find everything i needed. If you ever swing by here, ask for Diquan (supervisor)
