Replaced old sliding door to a new French door from Home depot installation department and I'm very disappointed with them . Door was unproperly installed, have very hard time to open/close that door. Waiting two month for someone to come and fix this problem and still waiting ... Do not recommend to use Home Depot to install anything , they are not RELIABLE!

My mom came in because she needed something. She wasn't sure where it was so she asked someone for help and the lady told her that she needs to learn how to speak English because this is America. She was just ranting and yelling at her because her English wasn't the best. If I could give negative stars, I would!!!

I walked in to purchase a generator, and it showed on line, on the app, they had 2 in stick, we couldn't find any, Walked up to customer service, the young lady named Benita, helped us, she did a great job, calling around other store to see who had the product IN STOCK, the other store also hung up in her 2 times, and she told them how rude of them to hang up on her or the customer that's drove all the way out there for nothing. Benita helped me and my husband find what we needed very friendly lady, it was worth driving out there for the 2nd time.... thank you Benita

Feeling frustrated. Upsetting that I received my floors and basebaords and the baseboards were damaged. I live on a third floor. The deliveries should be better prepared to deal with elevators and stairwells.

i was looking for style#5 vacuum cleaner belt replacement asked 3 people 1 said they dont carry them, the other said if we have them they d be in appliances the 3rd said i dont know ughh .so i go to appliances theres the vacuums theres the filters theres the bags and NO belts?leaving frustrated another employee KARYN(reddish hair) asked if we needed help i told her we needed a style#5 vacuum cleaner belt she directed me to the clearance aisle in the front she said there were a lot up there she was right we fouind the belt thanks to her knowing her job and how to take care of customers unlike the previous 3 associates KARYN not only should get a raise but should be in a position of management THANKS KARYN for making my visit a successful and pleasing one at the home depot a RARITY indeed.

I recently purchased a window air conditioner at this location. Unfortunately it was defective so I was forced to return it. . It's a rather expensive item and since I had the receipt and the card it was charged to I expected an exchange. They would not do that. They insisted that I do a return, get "a refund" and purchase a new one. Two days later the refund has yet to show up on my credit card. I tried calling the store repeatedly and was not able to speak to anyone in the accounting department. So I actually went to the location. Oddly enough when they called the department from the front desk the accountant was available on the phone. She wouldn't see me because she was "in the back ". I briefly explain my issues and only then was I informed that I would have to wait 3 to 5 business days for the money to refund to my account. All this because they would not do an exchange. Not everyone has the disposable income to replace things that are this expensive twice..Home Depot'!! Are you that hard up for money that you have to hold onto people money for an extra day or two? JS

Amazing service! I was kindly greeted when I walked in and directed to the rental department. Brad assisted me and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very thankful to have received such great service and will definitely be back in the future.

Well This is the second time I have come twice tho this homedepot because they are the only close ones that carry what i needed. But their customer service is the worst! Both times I've waited about an hour to get help. I think their priorities are not set right! Are customers even important to them? Don't we pay for their salaries by buying from them?

Jonathan in the lumber section was more than happy to help last night. It's hard enough to find someone to help you and when you do it seems like they're always in a hurry to go do something else. Jonathan was not only professional but very nice and easy to communicate with. He helped us for over 30 minutes as we had numerous cuts on different pieces of baseboard and trim. If this was the norm for customer service shopping would be a much easier task. If you're the manager of this store make sure you reach out and thank Jonathan for doing his job at such a high level.

Came here to pick up my John Deere riding mower. Bought it in the app and after calling to verify it was in stock. They verified it and set it aside for me. When I arrived it was set aside and I was out in 5 minutes. Prefer this location to all Lowe's! What an awesome experience !
