I’m not surprised by the low ratings
My husband and I went to return a piece of artwork which was purchased less than 2 months ago. I did not have the receipt as I was intent on keeping it. However it needed a wire cable to hang it and it took me some time to finally purchase one. When I went to hang it, it started to shift once I let go. Turns out one of the screws holding the bracket on one side was completely hollow underneath, and it's a pretty heavy piece so I didn't feel confident about it hanging only from one screw. Also, it was only then while it was inches from my face that I noticed there was a piece of human hair within the piece.
The manager first said there’s no price tag but there was one and the price is also clearly marked by them. He then refused to take the item back for a store credit refund, stating the tag showed it was over 3 months old and the item is being returned damaged. I stated the date on the tag does not mean it was purchased 3 months ago, only that it was placed into inventory 3 months ago. Clearly the damage was not anything that was done by me, especially given how the the screw literally fell out when the cashier took the piece. It is a manufacturer’s defect period! I guess they are trying to stop frivolous returns but this is not the case. He refused to give me his name as I said he is probably the worst manager I have ever dealt with and that I intend to go to corporate.
If you think managers like this will keep customers, you are very wrong! I spend thousands of dollars in your stores but now I will think twice. I don't have his name as he refused to give it to me, but look for a miserable bearded whale and you'll know who I'm referring to.

Fatima is such a great employee! She remembered me from days ago after seeing so many people I’m sure. I was looking for another lamp I had previously bought. I didn’t see it and she remembered the lamp and also remembered that someone returned one! She made everything so simple. She is the best!!! Thanks Fatima! See you soon 😊

I went to the HomeGoods that’s located in the outlet mall in West Palm Beach. It was beautiful nice neat and clean. I bought a gorgeous frame for my favorite picture of my lovely 18-year-old Pomeranian, who passed away last week that I missed terribly. I wanted to find the perfect frame and it’s just gorgeous. It’s all carved white and it blends with the beautiful Victorian buffet that I have that his ashes, footprint and photo rest on now thank you I also bought some beautiful scented candles and pretty purple candles for my candelabra all in all a sad time because I miss my dog terribly. I had a great experience at this HomeGoods that I’ve never been to before.

Worst experience ever with cashier, at the time of check in, she answered a phone call and started arguing with someone just in front of us, total lack of respect to the customers, this happened Thursday 27th, 2025 at 6:08 pm, hopefully management take care of it.

The aisles are minuscule but if you leave your cart at the end while you look, the employees will take it and put all your stuff back. And then they’ll be extremely rude when you ask where it was taken.

We went in before heading home from West Palm Beach and found lots of adorable things. It is Halloween so they has adorable dolls which look like little witches, kitchen towels and little bakeware which is perfect for my cooking needs. I found this adorable curly haired witch who I simply needed to add to my home and there were two small bakeware which I love! The only downside was when I went into the bathroom the faucet was not working in the larger stall which I did not realize until I had fully soaped up my hands. Happy we made a quick stop before heading home because now I have more home decor which I did not realize I wanted.
