Smaller selection for such a decent sized store. Not as much bedding and curtains and bathroom stuff as I've seen in other stores. But lots of knick knacks and kitchen utensils.

This is a great store it is always busy but you get out in a timely manner there are always fantastic check out associates there and friendly. This is a great location.

I love this store. It is a great place to find things that you won't find any place elsewhere else. Things like that cool vase, print, rug, even Holliday dinnerware.This is a large store with alot of stuff to look at or browse through. So don't try and just blow thru , or you will miss stuff guaranteed.Go to the loccation with both HomeGoods and Marshall's side by side ,what you don't find in one you will find in the other. you could either spend 10 minutes or 2 hours depending on your schedule.

This is a good Home Goods location. The store is pretty well stocked and kept organized and clean. There seems to be a good selection of holiday themed items at this location. The parking lot is very large so there are no issues parking at this location

What a great store!!! Nicely organized, uncluttered, organized sections & reasonably priced. I have just recently visited this store chain for 2 visits & purchased exactly what I was looking for.. great variety to choose from.Very happy with purchases too.Also help is soon to arrive & helped transport purchases to SUV..GREAT STORE...CHECK IT OUTFOR SURE!!!

I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently received from your West Palm Beach store, located at 1875 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. As a loyal customer who has always valued your products and services, I am disheartened by the lack of attention and professionalism from your store manager and sales staff that I encountered during my recent interaction on Saturday, 5/27/23. At around 4:45pm, I was making a purchase and I was challenged by the cashier regarding the clearance sticker on a cooling rack box. Before the cashier even rang the item up, she immediately used her fingernail to see if she could lift the clearance sticker off of the box. When she couldn't, she walked over to another cashier commenting about how that sticker should not be on that item. When she returned to me, I explained there was another cooling rack on the shelf that was also marked with a clearance sticker. She completely dismissed my comments and indicated she needed to call the manager because the clearance sticker was for a pizza rack. While waiting for the manager, I explained that it was not my fault that an employee incorrectly priced the item and I found it priced that way. Before the manager could arrive up front, the cashier removed the clearance sticker from the box and had it pieced together in her hand. When the manager finally arrived, I was addressed in a manor that was unprofessional and humiliating while I attempted to make a $6.00 purchase which apparently was mislabeled. The manager never acknowledged me, nor did he ask me what occurred. He strictly spoke with the cashier as she handed him the torn up clearance sticker she removed. She never told him how the sticker was completely affixed to the box prior to her removing it. She just continued to say how that sticker did not belong on that items. The manager finally spoke up and said the price should be $12.00, not $6.00. They both responded as though I placed the clearance sticker on the box in order to pay a lesser price. How the matter was handled, I declined that particular item due to the embarrassment and completed the purchase of the other items.This all occurred while there was a long line of customers waiting to check out. It was a very humiliating and an uncomfortable situation for me. The other customers continued to look at me wondering what was going on since it took a while for my situation to be addressed and for other cashiers to start assisting them. Furthermore, as a result of this unpleasant experience, I have lost faith in your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. It is disheartening to witness such a decline in the quality of customer service I have come to expect from your reputable Home Goods brand.I kindly request that you take immediate action to "customer service sensitivity" situations. It is my hope that this particular store can regain my trust and restore my faith in the quality of your customer service.
