Pre Paid for ham then when we went to pick it up, we were charged $4.95 for price adjustment on the weight of ham . This is not really ideal. I think this is poor Customer Service. I think it’s poor documentation and statement of this if this is your policy!! Horrible ! The manager did nothing contacted the corporate did Nothing !!..we feel that we should receive a credit of our five dollars because why would we pre-pay for a ham at $72 it’s already expensive enough Just not cool and we are never going to be shopping at honeybaked ham again due to this and it’s sad because we are loyalty in the program and been going there for a while now ! Very sad!

Pre ordered and paid ham 5 days prior at a certain price and went to pick up and they tacked on more money cause they said price of ham went up per pound? WTH? Said it’s policy and in the fine print. Never again!

First time here, the food is great the prices are reasonable and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

I reserved a 5 pound at $56.00 and when I got there at 2 to pick up my reserved ham I was told only a 8 pound and it was $93.00 felt like I was hosed. For 3 people I just wasted $$

I went there the day before Thanksgiving. The place was slammed. I pre-ordered 10 sandwich boxes for my employees. The food was perfect and despite how busy it was the staff was very nice. Super clean place as well.

I "use" to love this location. I called and asked "Do I have to order ham and swiss take and bake sliders?" The employee that answered the phone was not only annoyed but annoying. She said "well which kind do you want (so annoyed) I have 4 different kinds." Wow I said "ham and swiss" when she answered the phone! Needless to say I will find another location going forward.

Horrible customer service. Went to pick up an Uber eats order for a customer and was treated horribly. They were denying all Uber eats orders also.
