I came into contact with Steve through a random Zillow outreach. Unlike the dozens of inquiries my wife and I placed during our initial buying period, Steve answered immediately, personably, and took the time to ingratiate us not only to the local market but to the process overall. Throughout the lending journey Steven was generous with his time, explaining and (put more honestly) mentoring us through the various steps. Nothing felt like a hurdle or a concern. Every recommendation he made (inspectors, realtors, insurers) was stellar -- similarly communicative, helpful, and solution oriented. Today we closed on our first home, and I cannot recommend Mr. Prince's services more highly.
