Went to get my husband truck painted and we’re told to pick up the truck on 9/22/2023 . We went in put up the truck and took it on 9/23/23 to the window tint shop. While picking the truck up the guy stated, do y’all know they truck is two colors. My husband and the guy starts looking at the truck. The guy say they never paint your bumpers, door steps, rack nor inside of the doors. I reach out via email. On Monday I spoke with the body shop and others. I was told the painter forgot as the QX56 is a big SUV. I was instructed on today 9/26/23 to bring it back in the morning to get loaner and they will correct the mistakes they made. However, I’m there at 7:20am, one of the guys see me and tells me to knock on the door the lady is in there. I knock, the lady Rita looks half way out and yells in a very RUDE Voice we don’t open until 8am. Me I leaves and go over to the Service department and speak with Jerrick who called the Manager , who then instructs me to return back to the body shop. I goes back over and the young lady opens the door while walking away. She states we don’t open until 8am in a nasty way with her body language. I say to her I were instructed by your Manager to return over here. She then says other stuff Rudely as if I was a bother to her. I stated to her can I speak with her Manager she , replies you want his number he’s not in ( 8:02am). I starts to email Jerrick and Sal Degraco. While sending the two ladies pictures because they are very unprofessional. Now Robert who I had been told by the day before to come at 8am. Robert, talks with me while asking the young lady to call and see will Hertz answer. They young says to Robert they haven’t answered but I will try again. While Robert is talking to me , RITA yells he’s not my Boss and walks off. I goes outside and Robert comes out and says Hertz want be here for another 20-30 minutes as the person is stuck in traffic. I drive back over to Services to speak with Jerrick who was in a meeting 8:30am, they Service worker Alysha comes to see how she can help and provides the help needed. Now I’m at work one hour later. What a inconvenience for me when it is they fault.I will never recommend this company for anything . They do have some workers in Service that is very respectable and kind. Alysha, Danny, Tameka . Just to make a few. I think them for the proper engagement with me and other customers.

I just got a QX50 from Infiniti of the Palm Beaches. I have to give the credit to Max Hager for turning me into a new customer. He was very patient and went above and beyond to get me where I needed to be. Thanks Max!

My wife and I went to Infinity used cars to trade in an older Lexus Rx350 and purchase a Toyota Highlander, however, the interior was the wrong color so as we were walking out, my salesman, Floyd Burwell, showed me a newer Rx350 than mine for about the same price as the Highlander we were looking at so we drove it and fell in love! Floyd had the patience of a Saint! My wife and I were back and forth over color, warranty, etc. but Floyd hung in there with us and presented several options. The car appears to be in perfect condition, mechanically checked out by the dealer, and I would definitely recommend this dealer to my family or anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Schumacher family. My daughter purchased a used Infinity QX60 from them a few years ago and had a great experience.

Max Hagar, my sales representative at Infiniti of the Palm Beaches is the best! We have worked together for over 10 years & 4 vehicles later... I am still working with him because of his integrity, knowledge of his product and all-around great guy. I recommend calling Max to get the facts about car buying or leasing.

I recently leased a car from Tommy Shehada and I had a fantastic experience. Tommy was extremely straightforward, direct, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Tommy made sure to answer all of my questions and provided me with all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. My experience at Infiniti of the Palm Beaches was exceptional! Buying a car is always nerve-wracking so I was nervous before coming in to the dealership but with Tommy Shehada as my salesman, the experience was smooth sailing. He explained everything in great detail so that I could understand and was very welcoming and respectful. Tommy and Joel (in finance) answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I currently live in Orlando and they knew I had a long drive back so Tommy made sure I was good to go before I left, made sure all the safety features were on, and that I had a full tank of gas. I had a Q50 before this and decided to stay with Infiniti this time around and get a Qx50. With such a pleasant experience, I know I'll be coming back for my next car.Thank you for such a great experience!

So exciting to get a new car and when you have a great salesman who listens to what your wants and needs are it makes it even nicer. Andre Samson was very kind and considerate and very helpful to us and we are grateful for all his hard work and enthusiasm with our new purchase. I worked with Andre and drove several different QX60's. He was knowledgeable about all of the options and how they each differed. He was patient and worked to accommodate my limited time schedule. He brokered a fair deal for me and made sure I was happy with my purchase, by continuing to follow up and asking if I needed anything afterwards. As a side note, I hadn't been considering the Infiniti when I started shopping for a new car, but was absolutely blown away by its comfort, luxury, features, and reasonable price. It took only minutes for me to love it, so if you are in the market, try an Infiniti, and seek out Andre at Infiniti of the Palm Beaches.

Will never be back. They can't even come to me and say maam we backed into something with your car. But, I had to find it when I returned home that day from the dealership. My car was parked in my driveway for 2 weeks. Then see they did damage and didn't have the audacity to tell me.
