I must admit that purchasing insurance, of any kind, is not an experience I look forward to. TBH, I don't really understand insurance terminology, so therefore need much explaining. When I recently learned that my Home Insurance carrier's policy recently requires flood insurance, JENNIFER PEREZ took the time to answer all my questions. I did not require flood insurance originally. She did not act like an "agent", but instead a person to "talk with" and was sincere in helping me navigate this process. Jennifer was not only very thorough, but very patient, and friendly, with me. At the end, she kept me informed during the process so that my involvement was minimized. She was very responsive to all my email communications, which is very rare. Jennifer was not only very easy to speak with but instills confidence in her industry knowledge. You can definitely hear her smile!!!! If you can request JENNIFER, do it. I did not, but am really glad I got her!!!!

I am doing business with this company for almost 7 years and with the same agent, I have experienced extremely poor service.Left so many messages via text and on cell, but no answer.Very disappointed and am super frustrated!!!!!

Worse experience had this agency for 13 years and this year when renewal came up I called well in advance as my premium doubled so needed a different insurance and I had Sarah would kept telling me she was working on it , well she waited till the policy lapse to get me coverage it resulted in a 5 day lapse unexceptable and I will be looking for new agency

I would give no stars if I could. Was quoted one price online and when I called to purchace policy that THEY gave me. I was told it was not right ,They quoted something that they could not even explain why it was over $3k difference. Totally shady and sneaky tactics.

There is ZERO customer service. There are no humans to answer your calls no matter which number you call. They send you to their website for all inquiries and the chat feature is useless.I shouldn't have to chase a company for service especially when they are profiting from my hard earned money. There is NOTHING express about this company other than to run the other way.
