This location isn’t the size of the other Jared’s tucked in the Palm Beach Lakes outlets but the customer service that they offer is top tier! They don’t try to sell you just because your inside looking, they listen and are willing to educate you because it can be very overwhelming. In particular the Assistant Manager - Marsallis Melton should incredible patience and gave me all the answers I needed and some I didn’t know over multiple visits gaining knowledge and guidance as I was looking for the perfect engagement ring. I was just an overwhelmed dude out of my comfort zone and he took all the anxiety out of the entire process, helping me look through all of Jared’s inventory even if it wasn’t in their store to get it delivered to allow me to inspect it in person which was truly valuable for me. Oh and their lifetime warranty is worth it on every piece for no worry fixing, cleaning , adjusting etc. This has turned into my go-to Jared for all additional jewelry purchases for me and my now fiancé!
