This jiffy lube on Northlake is the best kind the guys that work there do thier best to make sure everything is alright with your vehicle, I have been taking my vehicle there for 4 years ,u would recommend going if you need an oil change

Have always been apart of the jiffy’s family with all my vehicles until recently.So I decided to put my vehicle on the machine before going to jiffy I need a tune up and cylinder 6 misfire ok so let me go get this tune up 🙌🙌🙌🙌To remind you I have had no problem with my dodge take my vehicle to jiffy on north lake Monday @10am Monday evening I call to remind you nobody ever call to update me about my vehicle so I call ok you can come pick it up so me and my husband jump in his vehicle we go get the car my husband drives it home engine heating lights keep coming on and off by this time they already had closed ok so now it’s morning it was cold jump in the care to take my daughter to school heater not warming up so much white smoke coming out my tail pipe thick white smoke the car cuts off I cranked it back up took it to put it on the machine the same thing coming up was the reason I took my car so now I’m mad they tells me to drop my car off again.I did that . I live close drive by morning my car backed up my son Rideby going and coming from work same spot tues-Friday they had my car not once did anybody call me to tell me what was going on with my car so Friday I call around 6 your car is ready.again we pick u the car same thing engine hot so had a mechanic to come by when the dude Open the hood, he immediately spotted stuff You miss him b Bolts Wires hanging of water pumps pumps are Roll pumps on now and I’m like what are you goes? You need to take It back up there Where is your invoice? I gave it to him. The invoice was very incorrect No type of part that was replaced was put on there So I took my vehicle back There at this point I asked for My money back, he said that he needed to contact the manager Then came back and stated that They can fix something On The car that will cost $300 but they would do it for free I stated that I do not want you to do anything to My car I want my money back He stated that I would have to come in and On Monday, I have proof What was wrong with my car when I took it in? I have proof what is After I receive my car from them Invoice of $748. I want my money back.

My husband had to go back today because the guys working on Sunday couldn't get his oil filter off. They said he had to wait for the mechanic. So he goes back this morning and they said he'd have to come back at noon. So he goes back at noon and they said it'd be no more than an hour (husband needed to get daughter from school) it's 2:49 pm and he's still there waiting. Apparently, even though they told him to come back at a certain time, a guy with a Bentley claimed his car was there since yesterday so they set my husband aside. So much for quick oil changes. Lots of incompetence and no respect for someone's time. I want our money back. Never again! Terrible!!!

The oil change and tire rotation were expensive but OK. However, they told me that I needed to flush the brake fluid which I had done just 5,000 miles earlier. I took it to the dealer who had done the brake flush and they told me that the brake fluid was fine. Jiffy Lube wanted $126 for the brake flush, while though dealerships are typically more expensive, they charged only $45. I am not an expert about stuff under the hood. Therefore I am giving a neutral review even though, there is enough evidence for a negative review.

Worst service ever! Made me pay over a $100 for an oil change. When the Groupon amount is $54! Won’t ever go back here! They always overcharge their customers!

First of all I wanna thank to Gerry who changed my car oil he was very friendly and attentive. But whenever I go jiffy lube they are always expensive . Cabin filter 49$? It’s crazy
Changing 4 break pads with rotors almost 1200$? Charging a labor for an hour 199$?
I bought my own pads and went other shop everything cost me 650$, even though they take coupons oil change still 110$?
From now on I will go local shops they are faster and they definitely charge really less than Jiffy lube

These guys talk more than they work. What was supposed to take a hour and a half, took almost 3 hours.
In addition, they left the car very dirty.
Their aim is just to pad your bill as much as possible. Definitely will not be going back to a jiffy lube.

screwed me for two oil changes in two weeks along with racist manager providing horrible service; tried reporting to district office & they failed to act I will never set foot in a jiffy lube again

Slowest Jiffy Lube that I have ever been to. I got to Jiffy Lube just after 8 am and had one car ahead of me already being serviced. I waited a whole hour and had not made it in the area to get my oil changed. I decided to just leave because at the rate that they were moving it would’ve taken me another hour of my time to get my oil change. BTW the car ahead of me wasn’t getting any major work done to the vehicle. Just simply slow and uncoordinated operation!!

I had TERRIBLE experience! I went to change the oil in my car and they just ruined the car. I had to leave it at the mechanic and to this day I am waiting for the refund of a mistake they made! It’s been 5 months since it happened and to this day they are curling up to reimburse me

Good customer service, but!! Buyer beware!! Pay attention to what your getting. Also left with car trouble I wasn't having before. The 2 stars was for the very nice two gentlemen who got over on me!

WENT FOR A OIL CHANGE SERVICE. THE OIL FILTER WAS NOT CHANGE AND THE CHASSIS WAS NOT LUBICATTED. VERY SAD NOT GOING BACK

worst service ever had in my life. They changed the air filter but didn't mount it correctly so there was an engine problem. They also managed to lose my windshield wiper fluid reservoir cap. Even if the price is attractive you will lose behind because of new repairs. they are amateurs, to be avoided
