I went to this Northlake location last night about 20 minutes before closing so I could finish a beading project tonight. I was so impressed by the selection because the beading store that actually specializes in this had sold out of some critical components that Joanne had plenty of. The prices were great and the best part was the woman behind the counter was so patient with me when I didn’t really understand the app, but I knew I had a coupon on it. Even though it was right before closing, she was seriously the most patient sweet employee I have ever dealt with. Joanne is such a class act. I woke up bright and early and finished putting the clasp on a present for my boyfriend s daughter we are seeing today. Thanks for always being there with everything I need as a crafter!!

Was in this store about a month ago…looked like it was going out of business and “stuff” all over the floor. Drove a little farther to store in Jensen Beach, and easily found everything I was looking for.

The fabric store that can't cut fabric!?!I asked for a piece of fabric cut at 26 inches by 51 inches. I was asked to "remove my hand from the roll" as he tried to measure 26 inches, then the employee rudely stated he can't cut the 51 inch side, only the 26.I'll shop anywhere else in the future.

The store is ok but the unisex and koala changing station bathroom is absolutely disgusting. On the side of the toilet is a large dead lizard. Hmm. How long has it been there. Poor thing.I gave it 2 stars because of the store experience.This is the Lake Park, Florida location.

I don't get to Jo-Ann fabric very often, as I am not very crafty. My husband asked me to pick up some supplies as he is preparing for Burning Man. I wandered for a while and was having trouble finding what I was looking for. I asked the employee who was working at the fabric section for help and she knew exactly where to find what I needed. I then found her again to ask where safety pins are, and she was able to direct me to the exact spot in the aisle where I could find them. The cashier was also very friendly, and this was just an easy experience.
