It’s a glorified food buffet with everything premade but with the same meat quality as Whole Foods and double the price. Also had no orange juice, which I said out loud to myself and an employee freaked out on me for saying it. The pasta and tuna salads looked so dry in the cooler it was worse than a Subway…
They also have an AI robot to respond to all replies, watch it ask me how to make this a 5 star experience lol

The store was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. They have great prices on fresh herbs.
Unfortunately, the significant number of cheeses I picked up that were past their expiration date was a huge disappointment. Willing to give them another try at a later date since the experience was otherwise good.

In case it's not clear, this review is for the location on Northlake Boulevard and Military Trail.
Wonderful Market with typically great service however the pizza department has been falling short lately. Most recently after waiting the prerequisite 30 minutes for my order to be ready, I arrived to find that the young men behind the counter gave my pizza to a different customer. So now another 30 minute wait for a new pizza. The manager really needs to keep an eye on the young folk behind the counter who are busy chatting and giggling as opposed to properly taking care of orders.

As a disabled U.S. Army combat veteran, with proper documentation and disability parking placard, have been told by Joseph’s Classic Market that I can’t park in their parking lot. I don’t work directly with Joseph’s but I rent a space where they are located at. Am I wrong for being upset by this? I thought that the service I gave to our country would give me and everyone else the right to park in a convenient parking space. Perhaps I’m wrong, but that’s how I think it should be.

Such a shame that a business can harass another business and employees so much to the point that they have to harass employees customers as well. Harassing people is just simply an ugly thing. Telling Clients they need to park further away from the building meanwhile jc is in front of the building so if anything clients should have the right to park closer to the front. This is straight up harassment and discriminationating. There is only select spots that have signs for josephs parking only but not for the whole lot so clients and employees should be able to park where ever they like where there is no signs. This is straight up illegal and lawyers will be contacted. Shame on josephs owners and management for being such a disgusting part of society.

So much good stuff but so many employees are extremely rude and impatient makes me even uncomfortable to order anything with them.

Very nice place, it has a good variety without being too extensive, very good customer service and delicious wines, the prices are already another category, a little expensive

Joseph’s is an excellent addition to West Palm Beach food market. Variety, freshness and reasonable value.
I find that Rick in the meat section could do with some ethical and customer service training. He pushes more than what you order. Tries to bluff his way and his style is inconsistent with the overall Joseph’s reputation that has been established.
I have an issue with what he pushed on me today and I will take it up with the manager.

Joseph’s is usually pretty good. Sometimes they are out of things you’d think they shouldn’t run out of. After all, how does and Italian Market run out of their own store made meatballs? When you see it’s getting low you make more!

What happened to the pizza? It used to be the best but now the crust is hard like a rock, sauce is mediocre & the toppings are scarce. Very disappointed the last 3 times with a $27 price tag. Time to find a new pizza place. Too bad...

The location in West Palm Beach is just horrible. The whole place smells like seafood .
Employees have no interest in helping you .
The Tiramisu they had was a runny and soggy flat mess; girl at the bakery said they make it like this on purpose.....
Used to shop at the Palm Beach Gardens location almost daily and loved it but will never go back to West palm Beach location.
