Having your vehicle towed is never a great experience but… Adam from Kauff’s surely made it less painful! Thank you, Adam for being so professional! If I could give unlimited stars I would!!!!! The Best Customer Service I have EVER received was received today from Missi Frank and countless other tow Specialists @ Kauff's!!!! Way above and beyond..I am more than certain that if I was at any other Tow/Transport Company I would have been told "Not our Problem get the car towed to a service center" Not at this place.My Porsche was transported from New England, a couple weeks back, and I was delayed picking it up-the battery went dead and the car would not start when I arrived. This car unfortunately locks the trunks-front and rear-doors in such a situation--you can open the door with a key but NO no access to the trunk for the battery.Missi Frank & the crew pushed the car to try and jump start it-no go--pushed it backwards to try and unlock the hood/trunk releases- no luck--called assorted shops for guidance-called in their tow drivers that towed Porsche's for tips and help and all of a sudden there were six guys working on my car-determined to find a solution--AND THEY DID! And they were so nice about making the extra effort-absolutely incredible patience-service-and determination to help me-never ever such effort to solve a problem that was not their fault.Missi Frank all the guys under in on my car you are SIMPLY AMAZING--will never forget you all.Extremely grateful---Sandyxxoxxo

Called 6 other tow company's in the Delray beach area,Either they don't call you back or say they will call you back and don't.Kauff's employee's where professional and Courteous.They gave me a price and i was told they would be at my house within the hour. He was early!!!!Adam 195 was the tow operator and took great care of my car.Other companies in Florida can learn from them.Thanks!

nobody ever wants to use a towing service fortunately, in my lifetime, I have not had much need for the service. I am extremely thankful for the understanding and kindness that Adam Markus showed me during a very stressful situation. He was efficient, professional, and obviously quite talented and experienced. I can assure you that should I ever need or have the need for a towing service this facility will be the only one that I call Adam:thank you very much
