An absolute amazing place to work. It has that family feel and culture. Agents are always there to help someone out. Positive vibes from top to bottom. Great support system from team leaders. I highly recommend coming to this office whether experienced or just starting out.

There are two things that i can say about Keller Williams Coastal Partners. First is what has been echoed through the other reviews. The ENERGY of this office is unreal. Being around other agents, hearing them make calls and close deals, is extremely motivating. Pair that with an amazing, supportive, and encouraging leadership team, it is hard to not be inspired.The second thing is how well they train and prepare their agents. There are classes on the schedule for every hour of the day, and they have a incredible coaching program for new realtors. Keller Williams is really a great place to begin your career as an agent and thrive in the awesome environment. Really cant say enough good things about the leadership team there as well. They are there to help and motivate you at all hours of the day.

I have been impressed by this Keller Williams office staff and agents. Their training programs are beyond compare and the accessibility of the staff and Broker are great. There is always something going on that agents are participating in and the culture is very cooperative and giving. I have been part of the office for over a year and plan to stay for a long time. Our agents are professional, responsive, and well-trained with a great team in their corner to help handle any transaction.

I have been a real tor since 2004 I started my career with a large brand company the 1st five years. In November 2009 I made a decision to change companies and I started working at Keller Williams. It was the best decision of my career thus far. While there are several KW offices to choose from, this one is amazing for many reasons... The agents are just wonderful to work alongside, the location is centrally located within the county and surrounding areas, it's perfect and the staff & leadership is top notch. I love the training, the tools and not to mention the fun at KW at this office... It's home, and I'm here to stay
