I have been shopping on queen of ponds for years. I was very happy to run into Felipe at this location. He was extremely helpful in past purchases from necklace to Rolex’s staff and general is completely knowledgeable and always helpful and makes it happen. If carried more water sports stuff as in Kiteboard, hydrofoils and surfboards, I don’t think I would have to shop anywhere else.

Filipe was the best man to negotiate with. He gave me a fair price on a limited edition Nintendo DS Lite for a diamond and pearl edition. He tested a necklace when I came in the door for free and showed that the guy I was buying it from was selling me a 10k instead of a 14k. I definitely would come back again.

I’ve been buying jewelry for about 20 years at Queen of Pawns and can’t complaint; they have the best deals on prices. The staff are courteous and respectful.
