The staff is great but they are missing a lot of weights and it's super crowded. Very difficult to get good a work out in. If they are going to keep signing people up they need to expand. Every machine and bench has a wait time.

I have been going there for quite a while. The gym is clean well organized with plenty of bikes , treadmills etc. But only 2 rowers. I like other people like rowers unfortunately there frequently is one that is unusable. The one on the right (if you are behind the rowers) was unusable for a while. I assume it's fixed but the footstraps are so frayed it unusable.. The other rower seems fine but also is in need of new foot straps mostly the right side..

The building itself is okay, but the staff can be lazy and unhelpful. We have the family membership this is the only location that makes us take the photos and re-sign the forms every single time. We don’t use it often for that reason. It’s also in a pretty rough neighborhood I wouldn’t go at night for safety concerns.

Worst experience I have ever had with a manager here (Paul) !!! long story short I got pregnant and thought that i had frozen or cancelled my account, well my account was never frozen or cancelled, I decided it was time to go back to the gym. I found out i had a balance so I paid it and renewd my membership and paid 3 kids club. I have a 13 year old that i wanted to bring and paying an extra person at this time was to much so i decided to get her a free 3day pass. The first day we went we had no problems. our second day i was told by the lady in the front that i needed to wait because the free pass was not active(strange since i used it the first day but whatever) I waited about 30min for manager Paul to help I understood he had no help so i waited patiently, This man came to help me he had a very very angry face, he asked what i needed so i told him a pass for my daughter, he asked for my id and her id i did not have that on me at that time. I was never told i needed an ID for her from the start. He had an attitude the whole time he was talking to me; while this was happening another lady walked in with her son and same thing happended to her so her son sat in the waiting area for her while she worked out. Since they did not let my daughter in I also told her to wait in the same waiting area.Paul extremly angry and frustrated told me daughter could not stay their unattended and that she needed to leave. He also told me that he did not need to deal with my attitude!!! but i was simply talking to him in the same manner he was talking to me!!! He let the other kid stay and wait for his mom there while my daughter waited for me outside!!! it's kind of ironic to say but i felt like he was a bit racist with me since the other kid was African american Paul is african america, the two girls in the front where african american but me and my daughters where to little short mexicans. Yes kind of funny!! Paul needs to work on his manners and customer service.

Recently, the staff has been giving me trouble about checking in with my phone number. They are telling me I have to buy a plastic key tag for $10. I think it’s kind of ridiculous, considering how much money I pay to use this gym.

This is the only location I ever have any trouble with. Rude to check my phone number in. Manager rude as well. Tried telling me that we can’t use my phone number to check in & that I have to buy a key tag for 10$. I regularly go to 5 locations for the past 5 years thus only one I ever ever had an issue with.
