Drug screen time is 3pm ending per paper on window. Drove 30 Mon to this site and arrived at 250 and front desk would not take me. Lady was dismissive.

Went there today. One lady staff had a disgusting behavior. Rolling her eyes, unprofessional, Had me wait for over an hour and called others that came in after me she was so rude tried to come into the bathroom with me and hover over me it was so weird and uncomfortable I couldn't go. Also I didn't have to have anyone come into the bathroom to watch me says my paperwork.

I’ve been here twice and had a great experience! (If people get called before you, it’s because they have appointments) I’ve walked in both times and only waited 20min at most.
I saw Dr Garzon and she was really nice. They let me fill up my water bottle inside with their machine since I didn’t have to go upon arrival and got me back as soon as I was ready.

Bad experience today 11/30/23 with my dad, the lady was very rude. Eventhough the doctor fax the prescription she said: I can't see it anywhere and said it's too late and pull and close the door...after 20 mn she called me to say, I see the prescription come tomorrow. It was my first and my last.

This experience was such a relief, after going to Quest Diagnostics. Its important for medical professionals to understand how their service, and organization gravely affects the patient. Here at Labcorp its reflected in their level of professionalism, and efficiency. I want to give a lot of praise to Ivana my phlebotomist for helping me in such a thoughtful and caring way. She explained the whole process thoroughly. I also I would like to thank Ann for helping me with the review. It was such great service. I can't thank you guys enough.

My labs were ordered through Quest, and GetLabs popped up. I said, okay, seems convenient.The phlebotomist was nice enough, but then delivered my bloodwork to a different lab—LabCorp—not covered by my insurance. GetLabs is not accepting responsibility for their mistake.

Patient: Can I ask you a question? Teller: You can sign in and wait. These people need customer/patient training. They are lacking care & professionalism. I can hear there personal conversations in the waiting room. Sad to see this in a medical field.

I took my three young children here for bloodwork and the ladies were so nice. They made sure my kids were comfortable and talked them through the whole process! Thank you making it as easy as possible! We only waited about 10 minutes. Very fast and easy process.

Wanted to add a review since I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews! I went around 8:15am, had zero wait, and had a perfect, quick blood draw and staff were so kind!
