They are rude. They do not return phone calls. They do not update you. They do not fix your issue unless they can reproduce it in their shop. Even after videos and photos of what’s wrong with your car. Still have to return 4 times in one year to get the car fixed and still not fixed. The managers are the worst they are condescending, and don’t listen to the customer. In all of my years of owning various brands of cars, this is the worst service experience I have received. As a Range Rover customer you expect more. They tell you they are working on your car while it sits in the shop for 10 days with no movement. My car went into low battery mode because it hadn’t been turned on in days. Will never recommended or buy from them again.

I got a Range Rover two years ago from this dealership. When I got the car, outdoor parts had peeling paint. They took photos and ordered parts. I was under factory warranty so it was covered - two years here I am with it still not fixed! I have called and texted. Now that it's been two years I'm out of warranty they won't fix it. I had a rental Toyota Corolla when I drive an SUV from them for two weeks, with only the AC being flushed and new filter for $350 !!!! :( so sad. When I got the car figures I had the best time.

This will be our first Land Rover and we are very excited about it! Juan Marguez is our sales associate and manager Steve Reeves took time to speak with us and answer all of our questions. I have not written a review in a long time, but I felt compelled to mention the beautiful show room and terrific location. there is a wait for new ones so don't delay. I will post a picture when our car arrives!

As I was arriving at the Land Rover Dealership, I was so impressed with the beautiful building and the surroundings. When I walked onto the sales floor to meet my sales person Ms. Debbie Brody, she made me feel so special and was very kind. Debbie showed me the vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and that allowed me to feel very comfortable with the purchasing process. Ms. Crissy Hawkins the finance Manager was introduced as to me and worked with me to get the best deal possible along with Mr. Matt Breen the Used car Manager. The best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and I have purchased 14 vehicles in 18 years. Thank you for your professionalism and the warmth I felt during the purchasing of my new vehicle. I felt like I had made friends and was part of their Land Rover of the Palm Beaches family. Thank you again for an enjoyable experience Ms. Debbie Brody.

Lisa was phenomenal with our purchase of Range Rover Sport. She totally took charge from the point we made the enquiry to the point we were out of the door. Was super funny and build a very good rapport with my wife who persuaded me to proceed with the purchase. She even went further to explain every single function in the car and left tons of goodies for our drive back home :)Definitely recommend this dealership!

Debi Brody was a super star to work with at Land Rover Palm Beach. She started working with me after I placed an order with a previous agent who left the company. Despite the fact that she had never met me she treated me like a long time customer. The autobiography Range Rovers were so delayed in production that we placed 2 different car type orders to see which one would be available first. Miraculously my Range Rover Sport order (my first choice) became available first and Debi was more excited than I was about the delivery.The car is great but Debi made the whole experience most exciting and delightful. I am in the process of ordering another car with her since it will probably take 2 years for delivery.If you need a very informed, intelligent sales agent I suggest you get in contact with Debi Brody. She provided me with the best experience I’ve ever had with ordering a car.

Working with Debbie was an absolute pleasure.Initially, I was skeptical about the experience, given that setting foot in a dealership can often feel intimidating.However, the team at Land Rover Palm Beach exceeded my expectations. Everyone was friendly, honest, and courteous, especially Debbie.She patiently answered all my questions with transparency, even when I posed challenging inquiries.I've visited the three primary Land Rover dealerships in South Florida, and I can confidently say that no matter where you live, it's worth the extra drive to make your purchase at Land Rover Palm Beach.Their genuine approach and transparency sets them apart. Unlike many dealerships, they never give you the impression that they're just trying to make a sale.I highly recommend them.

Debbie was amazing to work with! After to talking to me a brief time, she had a car ready for me to test drive when I pulled up that was perfect for me. We ended up doing the deal the same day. She was attentive, informative, and helpful the entire time.

Fantastic dealership. Everyone was lovely and I felt well taken care of. Best car buying experience yet. Receptionist Betsy was so helpful and Deborah is a great car saleswoman, even helped me keep my children busy during the process. 10/10 recommend!!

After pre-ordering my new Defender, Deborah provided consistent updates and status of my vehicle. On delivery, Deborah explained every detail and feature extensively. Could not recommend more.

Juan Marquez was absolutely fantastic. A seasoned pro who really knows how to handle a customer without all the song and dance. Quick, efficient, super knowledgeable and just a great guy. We had the quickest and easiest buying experience ever with Juan and Land Rover Palm Beach! We love our new Defender and will definitely come back to do more business with them.

This is one of the most exceptional dealership service centers I have ever experienced!The service manager Mike is so genuine, kind, professional, warm and truly went above and beyond to assist me over the phone and in person. Mike had researched the issue ahead of time to ensure he had the most accurate information for me upon my arrival.When I walked into the establishment, the service representative Connor greeted me with the brightest, warmest, most calming smile.The dealership itself and showroom is clean, rustic, and attractive.This experience was so stress-free and pleasant because Mike and Connor were just so very personable and exceptional.This dealership is one where you certainly DO want to do business and I could not recommend it more highly to you!!!

I have to make this quick as I have two children under the age of 3.... Took our car in that has a leak after recent tornados in pbg. They gave my bf a rental car to come home with. We have been calling for DAYS in an attempt to talk to Connor whom is overseeing our situation w our car repair. Can't get him on the phone, can't get a call back. We are being charged DAILY for this rental that is SITTING in my driveway. We have heard nothing about our car sitting in their auto shop (today makes 2 weeks).After the several attempts my bf made to get this car picked up, I finally called yesterday, spoke to receptionist who ensured me she'd get my message to the manager overseeing our car repair, and that he would get back in touch with us to schedule a pick up for our rental. Never happened. Today my bf shows me our account, and we were charged $160 for the stupid rental.So unprofessional. I think we are about $500-600 out of pocket for this rental that we literally only needed for him to get home on that one day. UPDATE: Mike the service manager called us & was very kind.... The person who was helping us had some personal issues to tend to, & so that explains why we hadn't heard back. They are helping us through this process and also coming to get our rental today. Will continue to update. For now, I am very pleased w how they handled this situation

The worst customer service from any car dealership I have been to. You would think after purchasing expensive cars with them over the years a little more service and responsiveness would be shown to its customers. On top of that a snarky receptionist who had no desire to help when every call to their service agents went to voicemail when trying to figure out when my vehicle would be ready from a service. Left me hanging unnecessarily for days with a crappy loaner car. I have gotten better service, friendliness, and responsiveness from random car repair companies I have gone to in the past than this upscale dealership. Disappointing.
